Why do you keep blaming nessie? I mean he couldn't shot just becouse he was in front of the wall, you need to be at least a step away to be able to shoot. Those powder thingies are used to stop the bleeding not to bind the wounds, so unless the patient is beeding, you know a drop or several of blood shown in the injuries section, it's useless.

And you wasted two of those on a medic who wasn't bleeding, so now you don't have any for ramos who actually is bleeding :D also those forceps medic has are for healing same as plaster, they just heal larger amount and take more skill to use.
