@MrWinstinho my tip, try to engage your core more when you are doing these exercises. its possible to do them lazily and/or not target your core enough, happened with me all the time before i was told to tighten my core more when working on certain exercises

@PERSIAIOS More than likely as you are working many muscle groups which increases the metabolic rate compared to running which only works certain muscle groups.
i got lightheaded doing that.... and then was feeling tired. and about to faint feeling. but i did it again for a few days. and kept going. got alot better. and now i can do the routine without feeling im about to die. great for stamina workout
Hey mike do you personally train or anything like that? I would love if you did and we could work something out because having someone that knows what they are doing and all the proper forms for the exercises would just make it that much better. And you would be able to push me to my limits. I seem to struggle with the nutrtion i just don't eat much of anything and you want to eat 5 times a day?

Don't take this the wrong way I think your vids are awesome! But, I find it hard to believe that a ten minute workout can be really beneficial. I mean seeing as p90x is an hour long every time.

Recently i've been using alot of variety in Mike's workouts; e.g. M100's, This workout, The belly burner one's etc just general cardio. I've been watching my diet as in eating alot of bananas, almonds, baked beans, chicken (mainly protein foods), drinking lots of water and green tea too. It's changed my body alot (: I hope you'll get there soon!

@Reminizcent you need to eat more carbohydrates like white rice and more meat. You dont have to worry about brown rice or whatever, that;s mainly for losing weight

@branstagt you will start to see results for sure. But I really do not recommend only doing one work out. Mix it up and work some other muscle groups as well.

I'm a 17 year old guy looking for that beach body, I do not as of now have access to a gym, Is it possible to use your home workouts to get good results? Without really combining with gym. @MMHHoly thats the thing with these towel workouts...no matter how strong or fit you are, they are still killer! The stronger you are, the more tension you can put on the towel and the harder it gets

Hey Mike, im 19 and have been suffering with my weight for a while, after doing this exercise i can feel the intensity, and feel that burn. But I am slightly concerned, as i feel like the results may not be showing. Ive been doing your workouts for the past 3 weeks, i started off by doing the 5 and 9 minute routines almost everyday for a week, after that i moved onto this workout. @branstagt you will start to see results for sure. But I really do not recommend only doing one work out. Mix it up and work some other muscle groups as well.

I'm a 17 year old guy looking for that beach body, I do not as of now have access to a gym, Is it possible to use your home workouts to get good results? Without really combining with gym. I have tried some of them and I must say I'm feeling my muscles burning after which feels awesome. I'll be doing these excersises around 4-5 times a week. And I am currently trying to cut down on the extra calories ;)
