I really like Alex. Growing up on blur and loving them as much as i do i reckon i'm entitled to my opinion on this fella. As i say, I like him BECAUSE he's a bit of a twat and a complete arsehole sometimes. He's very inteligent, and good looking and he knows it. That cocky self assuredness gets up some peoples noses. But i love it. Alex is a really great.....twat :-)

Your definition of a rockstar is ridiculous. Alex James led the definitive rockstar life in the 90s but because he likes poetry he's suddenly not cool. And hip-hop fans I talk to spend ages trying to convince me that people like Tupac and Jay Z are modern poets but then as soon as someone says they like written down poetry they're suddenly total losers. What the hell! You can't have it both ways.
