That looks like somewhere near the top end of Nicholson Street in East Brunswick - I could pick the power lines and the Russian Orthodox church in between flashes.
We were over the creek in Thornbury that night and that storm was intense - certainly between the fireworks display at midnight, and there probably weren't any illegal ones being set off in the park just near there.
