As for antihistamines- yeah, they work for helping people sleep. In lower dosages my body doesn't react well with them. They're more like uppers for me. (a family trait. My Grandma, Mother and sisters are all the same) So I can't take it for cold relief. we get the "gitters". feels like constant shivers. no fun.
Ditto on the pot thing - I never knew what it was to sleep without tossing and turning through the night, now I sleep all night! Oh yeah and I guarantee you wont need that ibuprofen either. Man made is no good!
