Did you use spray adhesive?

Do you have to use it? Cause when I did, It came out kind of like not a clean image.

Yes, I did use adhesive spray. But you don't have to use it but it does help some. You can get clean edges by weighing the stencil down with nuts, bolt, & screws so it doesn't move or actually holding down the edges with your hand. Other ways is maybe not to spray too close to the stencil so it doesn't have under/overspray.

I agree. A 2-layered stencil looks great!...Especially in greyscale. Colour looks good too, but best in earthtones...I'm inspired! :)

it's cardstock, you can find it in any paper section.

this one is really great too. i think you should make a tutorial thing because i am kinda lost. also, do you tape up the other side of the cd so that it can still play music? that would be way cool if it was their picture, and then played their music too. =]

well the cd I used for this one is a broken one so it doesn't work & I didn't want to just throw it away so I painted on it. hehe I guess you could paint it & still play it but if you paint it too thick it might get stuck in some cd players, plus I don't know if the paint will damage the cd over time, you know? But as long as they're burned cds it should be ok, but I wouldn't do it on real cds. hehe
