Just in case, the city good ol' Archie destroyed was Dalaran. Silvermoon was still more or less destroyed after the Scourge's attack on the sunwell. You're fighting him in the past, in the Caverns of time, trying to preven him from destroying Azeroth.

We died for 2 weeks, 3/4 nights per week at this boss, months before WOTLK came out. Then I quit WoW... not because of Archimonde, I'm glad Blizz made it a challenge, could have been even harder, these uniquely powerful characters from WoW's universe deserve to be as powerful "ingame" as they were imagined in the stories in the first place. Hate the new /facerolling encounters - I heard it WoW became like this. I still miss the game... good job/musical taste with Muse. Thanks!

Look when WoW was challenging. Wotlk ruined both PvE and PvP. PvP is full of burst and most classes can faceroll . And don't start with "do all the hard modes content" for PvE. I didn't did all of them ofc but look at those ppl wearing ToC gear where ToC is equal to T5/T6. How much ppl you've seen wearing t5 and t6 in BC? Oh and btw wotlk raids we're cleared after 2 days of launch. google it and see for urself

If shaman/hunter/druid dies its not that bad. The raid takes 8k dmg i believe over time. you can recover from this. The worst of all is if priest/lock/pally dies. The entire raid gets silences for 4 secs i think and everyone takes dmg as well. the silence can wipe the raid easily. This fight is like a domino effect. when one person dies someone else is prolly gonna die. and when someone else dies he soul charges again and it fucks the raid.
