That was a nice fight from that Ryu user. The one using Remy wasn't bad either; it's just that Ruu used his Parries at the right times.

more powerful than guile and charlie. he has a very useful kick also.

Remy is a bitch made version of Guile. Parry rapes this type of character, and thats why hes terrible in Third Strike.

Remy's a weakened but more versatile version of Guile. His damage and normal attack range are much worse than Guile's.

Remy's versatility has more to do with the mechanics of 3rd Strike: His moves are tricky to parry, Cold Blue Kick can close the distance, and the short charge times benefit him -- but conversely, the parry system also means the opponent can parry all of Remy's projectiles and not jump all the time. In their respective games, Guile is much more effective than Remy.
