Read about single payer on the Physicals for National Health website which thousands of doctors are a part of. It's not unrealistic at all. Our healthcare system is broken. Kucinich is the only one who has a plan to fix it.

Anyone who could not afford their medication could have a doctor fax a form letter to get it for them for free. Now taxpayers pay premium prices for the same drugs. Yes, although economically, the sinking Dollar is only to a small part because of Bush. America has for most of the 20th Century lived above it's means, trading other people's products for dollar assets. Now that foreign investors have begun to diversify, the American economy could suffer greatly, and the Euro probably exacerbated things by posing a viable alternative to the Dollar.

The US made a deal with OPEC in the 70's that oil would only be sold on the dollar. Countries had to stockpile dollars to insure access to oil. This allowed us to print too much money because we knew those dollars would never come back to us.
