@cikcak01 It's a compromise between First Person and Third Person Perspectives, it's called "An over the shoulder View" It was popularized by Resident Evil 4 and MGS3: Subsistence. It takes a few minutes to get used to, but when you are playing it though you will start to see it helps a ton. You can locate objects next to your character much more easier, so you can use the environmental to full effect. It also aims almost as good as FPS perspective so your aim isn't hindered at all.

In a few years even more games will give you varied viewpoints and control schemes. So even games similar to this one in the near future will let you customize it to fit your every need.

This game is excellent. I don't see anyway anyone can finish it in one sitting much less 5 hours. There are parts of the game you will not beat the first day unless someone shows all the tricks. I have been playing it off an on for about a week and i am almost done at the lowest difficulty and am still learning how to do some of the very cool moves. Can wait to play at higher difficulty once i am good at game.
