@Mojorizing I purchased the binder after having mixed results with one that I built. It has been a big help. The forms I made myself and took a long time to file.

This past summer has been really busy and we are currently working on trying to sell our home. The shop has been put on hold since the last video. Hopefully, I'll get back to the video in a few months. Sorry for the delay.
