  • What the hell JCPenny?

  • the carts was only 20 each that's not too bad.

  • Do peaople know they can play Black Jack or doodle in real life?

    Also, rip-off of Pong.

Just wondering, what do the breastmilk pumpers do?

  • wow at JCPenny

  • My Channel F cost roughly $60 in 2007.

  • Wow $170! Damn that's pretty expensive for 1976.

  • I need to buy one,

How much do you reckon they cost these days?

  • Definately much more than that. I'd say $300 from someone who knows how much that thing is worth. as for a garage sale I'd probably say $25-$50 as long as the dumbass doesn't know what they have.

  • I love these old commercials.. notice in these commercials and print adds you almost never see a kid playing them.. two adults usually.

  • I think this system should have had more attention put to it, it wouldve beat the intellivision. (well probably not. but it's still pretty good)

  • I've seen Fairchild cartridges in various thrift stores, but never a system that plays them.

  • Wow $169.95 in 1979 and $20 for games... And I though our game systems were expensive at least they are cool

  • it came out before the atari 2600.

  • Wow. I *knew* it was called the Fairchild!!! I remember that game system! My parents had it in their bedroom. Did it come out before or after Atari?

  • Before. It came out in 1976, 1 year before the Atari VCS/2600.
