the gtr is as fast as the 430 scuderia that weighs half a ton less with the same power output. unbelievable. i hope topgear tests the spec v this year. judging by the best motoring lap times on tsukuba it might be a second and a half quicker than the standard car around the topgear track and that would make it about as fast as the veyron. unbelievably unbelievable.

I'm hoping someone elderly having a mid-life crisis of some sort purchased one but rarely drives it because it's suspension is too hard for their tastes (thus low miles, good condition). I'm hoping I can grab a used one in great condition when it hits the $40K-$50K range. I live in the Midwest, where Japanese cars are less popular, so I'm hoping all these factors work in my favor so I can have my dream car. ;)

Nissan still amazes me to this day. Surprised that the Japanese could make a 3.8L V6 that powerful with two turbos to produce 485 hp at the wheels, be much better priced than most (if not all) exotic supercars and weigh almost 2 tons. Just goes to show that the world is full of surprises.

@theeponym The reason why is that a car with 480 BHP with the weight of 1,749 KG is quite impressive that it can even pull 0-60MPH in 3.5, Insideline even had the GTR go 3.3 seconds. it also changes gears in 0.2 split seconds on R mode, the GTR is god of technology, you even see on the corners how powerful this car can put its power down when exiting, it caused Jermery's neck to give way lol
