  • You look good, just do about a half hour of cardio a day, and eat healthy to shrink your mid section. I know the feeling, I went from a 35 inch waist to a 26 inch waist (about 10 pounds) in about 14 weeks. I started off walking an hour a day, damn near killed me to walk a mile. Now I run 4 miles every other day and it feels great!!! Exercise and eating right is a way of life. Once you realize that, pounds will shed and you will feel good about yourself. Dont focus on pounds, focus on inches.

I happen to like full figure gals, but no matter whether you choose to lose or stay the same, there are people out there who will think you're beautiful. The important question is how do you want to be?
