This has happened with the house I grew up in.....and it breaks my heart. Noone there....won't sell.....five children family raised there, mom gone in heaven now and noone to care for the house or pay its mortgage. This was a touching video.....touches home...literally.

This is beautiful...haunting. Elements of sadness and the cruelty life can carry for individuals, as it progresses - perceptive. I like it! Leaving it open is good - leaves us to bring our own worlds to the poem in a way that is meaningful to us. well done, sir :)

I was afraid to put my stuff like this on YT because of that reason! But YT saves the exact dates and I have all of the poem mailed to me from myself...so all the dates are taken care of etc. =D So anyone who would try to steal poetry on this site would just be making a stupid mistake!

It was sad. But that's how poetry is most of the time. Yaya writes poetry too. You did a good job on that one. Sometimes it's difficult to keep the rhyming in such a long poem, so good job. The video was cool too, it fit the poem well.
