@oGTrystan It depends on what you like, you should go to your local airsoft store and hold some of the models that have lots of available upgrades (All KWA's guns can be upgraded from the site).

Popular Models are pretty much:

M4s/M16s: (Depending on your height choose either gun)

Ak-47/AK74SU: (Although not as popular as m4's and m16's therefore don't have AS MANY upgrades but still have PLENTY external and internal upgrades available.

G-36C: not as much upgrades but still a lot.

@codemaster387 car batteries are 12V, with an insane discharge, i'd say it would have a slightly higher ROF than with a good 11,1V LiPo with more than 60-100A Discharge.

Mikenator go with an m4/ m16 the mags fit better in mag pouches and theyre easier to find and the m4 / m16 is full metal with longer barrels for better accuracy

@DeSchmeb lipo- stands for lithium polymer. It is a diffrent type of battery than your standard NiMH. It is smaller, and gives you more shots because of increased capacity. A 7.4v lipo gives you roughly the same rate of fire as a 9.6v NiMH. An 11.1v lipo is extremely high rate of fire only for KWA's lipo ready aegs. Lipo's require a lipo charger and when they are in storage it is recomended to store them in a liposack.

No, they do not harm people, they are replicas of real guns, that shoot small 6 mm plastic bullets. If u get shot by one, u would feel it, but it does not hurt, it just stings.

I wanted to buy something to shoot the critters that messes with the vegetable patch in the backyard, but any pellet guns that shoots over 500fps is illegal here in canada, and I don't want anything that will mess with the lawn mower, right now I have a slightshot and shoot peices of ice or frozen peas :(

@xyzzjp You probably don't want to use airsoft for that, they tend to shoot at just the right velocity to hurt small animals, and since they won't be wearing clothes or eye protection, it would be kind of a dick move.

@xyzzjp no they dont, but they hurt like hell if you get hit in a certain spot. You will only get small bumps but if your in an airsoft war then you probably wont feel the pain that much. Its recommended to wear clothing while playing to lessen the blows of the bb's.
