That defense was unfair. Chris Ellis, Barry Booker, Carlton Powell, Orion Martin, Xavier Adibi, Vince Hall, Cam Martin/Cody Grimm, Brandon Flowers, Macho Harris, DJ Parker, Kam Chancellor. That is 10 current/future NFL players.

For the 2009-2010 season, I think we will have arguably the best defenses that Sir Foster has ever fielded. DE: Jason Worilds- In my opinion, is an All American/N. Brown is solid too NT: C. Thompson DT: Big John Graves Whip: C. Martin/C. Grimm SLB: Vacant, but we have solid youngsters MLB: Barquell Rivers-Showed a lot in the Orange FC: Stephen Virgil BC: R. Carmichael/C. Hill ROV: D. Morgan/D. Porch FS: Kam Chancellor An All American for sure, will be one of the best FS to ever play for VT.

i can see why you think that... de replacing ellis nekos brown or jason woriolds(both reall good) DT Jon graves and cordarrow thompson(both played alot this year) mlb brett warren (replaced hall when he got hurt) olb purnell sturdivant ( 2 INTS in one game) CB most likely stefan virgil and @ FS Davon Morgan...

So how depressed is anyone else about losing Flowers and Harris to the draft, and now having to replace 8 starters on D next season? I'm fuckin shell shocked! I am angry, distraught & disgruntled! Someone else tell me it'll be ok!

That makes me feel a little better.. Macho wasn't as good as Flowers though, He's good, but Flowers was Shutdown. And I know we have good kids coming in on the D line that got some good playing time, and Davon Morgan is going to be a sick safety, but it just won't be the same without Xav and Hall! I don't know, I'm excited for them and their NFL careers, but they will be missed.
