  • I hate public school i hate sending my kid,but I can't afford the Christian school.the church and mega churches have obligation to save the children.but in American today everything is business,MAY GOD HELP US.

  • @316JOHNLT - You can 'save' you children by stopping the christian lies. It's a form of child abuse to lie to children and tell them Jesus 'loves' them. Believers often forget that the Bible Jesus and God are all 100% MAN-MADE inventions. It was MAN who created God, not the other way around.

You can't afford Christian schools, because they're ripping you off at your child's expense. You learn the lies, they take your money and use it to spread hatred and intolerance towards anyone who disagrees.

  • All Kids should be Home Schooled.

Safe from satanic mercury laced vaccines

Safe from See Eye A crack kokane.

Safe from the crap schools teach.

  • @PhuqueU -- That's if you want your children to be perfect little christian robots who are not equipped to handle reality. Christian's indoctrinate children with the same preposterous lies they were told, so the children grow up with hatred and intolerance in their hearts and become as miserable and hateful as their parents.

Home-schooling is fine if the parents are as smart as the public education system. The problem is that they almost NEVER are, which is why Christian 'morality' isn't moral.

  • Who's the bigot?

  • I'm not sure what his real name is, but he calls himself "Molotov" and he creates these videos.

  • That was a reply to Odinata. I love 'Molotov' Mitchell and will be voting for Alan Keyes in 2012.

  • What's not to love about 'Molotov'? His intense xenophobia is quite charming. Sure, he's fat and ugly, but what he lacks in physical appeal he more than makes up for in loudness.

Don't worry about 2112. When the Right- Wing-Fringe candidate, whoever that might be, get's trounced, you can join Molotov's angry, well-armed mob and console each other with your shared love of firearms and violence.

  • @odinata

Although not nearly as fat and ugly as you are, I'm sure.

  • I have made several comments here, and I should make clear that I actually do agree with many of you that the extreme left - wing liberal theorists often put forth horrific concepts. Sadly, the most insane writers often get the most notice. Our public schools in America DO have a long road ahead of them if our country is to ever match the academic results produced in several other nations. And personally, I think that extremists of any sort have no place in the classroom as teachers.

  • If you would like to discuss "ignorant" populations, may I suggest you research the voting bloc of Americans which swept Ronald Reagan into office in 1980. Jimmy Carter was dedicated to peace, a principal which was forgotten and discarded with the "Conservative Revolution" of the 1980s.

  • Since we are all commenting about education, please ponder the number of years since 1968 under the control of Republican administrations versus the number of years under Democratic control. Newsflash: the "Libs" are not the ones who have "controlled" public education. The "Cons" have. Why not research the time since 2000 and find out who was the President during most of the years of this Century. Knowledge is power!

  • @linkfurrow Doesn't the NEA control education?

  • Since now at home my a year later my daughter now reads on a 1st grade level and is already doing kindergarten and 1st grade level history and science. SHe can also spell which they dont teach in public school till 1st grade. Contrary to belief she also has a social life with friends from the neighborhood as well as extended family. If she was still in public school she wouldnt even be in grade K yet. She would still be learning how to line up for the bell. Public school is behind most children

  • Don't be so scared of public education! Join local PTAs at your child's school, make your voice heard! Separating out into private schools will just make the situation even worse for the lower income students who have no option but public schooling. Please don't view your local public schools as an enemy, the people who work and teach America's children are 95% great, honest, normal Americans. The extremists who began public schools in the 1800s are dead; it's totally different today.

  • I am a homeschooler who happens to be considered low income so I dispell that myth that low income families need public school. My family just learned how to adjust our lives to living off 1 income to make sure we are giving our children the best education according to our standards as a family. Public school doesnt give a darn about low income families. My daughter spend 3 months in a state ran Pre K with 30 other children and all she did all day was cut and paste and play kitchen.

  • Your experience is, unfortunately, a rare example of very commendable success. Therefore, I do congradulate you on beating the odds faced by many low - income households, but I have to reiterate that home schooling often limits, or elimates, the impact of dedicated parents like yourself who could be of great value towards demanding improved results from public schools. Please make your negative experience with your local school known, perhaps by writing letters to your elected officials.

  • For anyone who is interested in how the left subverts our kids and families, please Google Gramsci's Grand Plan. Also look on Youtube for the Frankfurt School of Economics.

  • Well, my buddy's daughter was a senior in high school and one of her classes was "home alone". Now remember, his daughter was 17 or 18 and she is taking a class for maybe a 8 or 9 year old and getting CREDIT for it, in CALIFORNIA!

  • welcome to the United Socialist Sates of America folks - Obama just gave your kids economic future to failing a few billion dollar corporations. It's time to put Jesus Christ first and forget the American dream - it no longer exists.

  • The Obama presidency is a direct result of Libs controlling public education. It took them about 45 years, but they finally cultivated a population ignorant enough of history and econmics to elect someone like him.

    Good job.

  • The problem is not public education. The problem is our inabililty to keep politics and political correctness out of the classroom.

Really, the only solution is for parents to send their kids to local private schools; when the parents pay tuition they control what's being taught. Of course, this expensive and not everyone can afford it.

I'm not too crazy about home schooling, but it's probably better than our hideous

    K-12 system.

  • Well said. Public education is not the problem. Governmentally coerced education is the problem.

If we were to compare the cost of government education (paid from taxes) with private education (paid from voluntary contributions), government education is actually much more expensive.

Money aside - does it really take money to teach children? I submit that any child could be given an "elementary" level education for no cost. Education comes from living - it produces value, it doesn't cost.

  • Great interview. The government ran food system analogy is spot on.

  • horace mann and the humanist pushed for public education to replace private run schools which taught the bible. Yale, Havard, all of these were founded with the Bible as the foundation curriculum.

  • So true!

  • Well unfortunately hes right.

  • scary isn't it??? I don't think most Americans realize that we are at the door of Marxism/Socialsim and our new prez is directing us there at lightning speed..

  • Well done!!!!
