you would need to have a special device and there are people who convert the mods for pc to xbox mods, and u use that deive to import them into the xbox

somebody made the cleats, released them, then a modder named KCCitystar put them in the uniform files and released them for download. Now what i did was i just tewaked the uni's a bit. by putting different cleats
