Too bad we lost........for us, the American middle class, that is. The corporate elite seem to be happy with the outcome however. When the US won its last true victory ending WW2, there were jobs & opportunity for all. Today, we pay 30% more for fuel, housing & food than when the conflict started. Over 9% of the population are without employment. Many families have lost their homes and have resorted to bankrupcy........doesn't sound like much of a victory to me

I was 7 years old when that happend. It was so scary to watch on TV. My principal read to turn to the news channel over the PA system. My class saw the second plane hit. Then my mom picked me up.

It's still scary to think that their little stunt still sets fear into the hearts of many proud Americans.
