at this teen age, ur body should be raging with testosterone, be sure to eat alot of lean source of protein and good clean carbs, with a bit of healthy fat. Trust me when u get to 20+s it will be a tad bit harder to stack on mass. I went from 179 cm 48kg to 65kgs in like 2 years. I think u can do it faster.
Im japanese and15 years old too, but my muscles look like yours after two weeks of working out. (a little more chest and abs). Every one is different i guess
I am the exact same, I have worked out for 2-3 months now and I see amazing results. I'm just saying, it does not matter what people think of you WHEN YOU ARE TRYING YOUR BEST.
Dude what do you eat? I'm super skinny and find it hard to put weight on, what kind of stuff do you eat and how many meals a day etc.. please help im in the same situation you where
@Dubbed2Death hey mate, since i do boxing and i also run a lot, i eat quite a lot after my morning roadwork (say 3 stacks of pancakes with 2~3 slices of apples & maybe some protein shakes) and at noon i just eat whatever my mom makes me, and dinner after my gymwork I also eat whatever my mom makes. i live in japan so i eat stuff like rice, fish, miso soup, etc.
@musclebuildingteen But do you eat lots of carb (rice, etl.) to gain back energy or protein? You are fortunate since Japan has many healthy meals within reach.
@lonermda yeah i eat alot of carbs and also alot of meat (chicken, beef, steak, etc) but the thing is that japanese food has such less calories so you need to eat alot.
It's a pain looking at you! Man, workout for 3 years, then put a video with it! I was 52 kg, i'm now 84, but i worked out for 3 and a half years now. And i read alot of books, i know everything that is to know about bodybuilding and nutrition, that's the key to get big, knowledge and patience!
so far so good! You're at a good age to be starting where your testosterone will help with your goals. The average human is only capable of putting on 5-10 lbs of muscle a year, so don't expect results super fast. It takes time and patience. Most of the big natural bodybuilders you see have been training for at least 5 years. Stick to it, and make sure you're eating lots of lean protein and staying away from junk food and Mcdonalds. Go by what you see in the mirror instead of the scale aswell :D
@TheValmirZz body building isnt real muscle, its puffed up air bags made to look like muscle, its not real strength. real strength comes from real work, not working out in a gym for 2 hours a day, trying to blow up your body.
@musclebuildingteen compare ronnie coleman to a guy whose worked on a oil drilling platform most of his life and is the same size as that ronnie guy, or find a guy who works for a construction company the same size as him, and i guarantee that ronnie guy wont over power the other guy, u learn how to use your body and all your muscles when you do real work my dad got big from work, he's 58 years old, 220 lbs, 6 foot 1 and still big, and can still do what he wants.
WTFFF IS ALL THIS SHIT PUSH UPS!!!!, mate ur skinny, u need to achieve and maintain compound excersizes, this means excersises from 6-11 rep range to kill those muscles into transforming extremely fast and 3-4 sets, these include HIGH weighted Bench press! Pull ups is a very good one...u can use push ups for the last part of ur excersizes....excersuises like pushups and things from high rep range 16-1000 are isolation excersises like light weight dumbells and u wont s..
@europe0wnz Your an idiot, bodybuilding is the art of growing muscle, its like saying kung fu cant teach you how to fight, theres no rest in real work yet muscles require rest in order for them to grow, they also require the right nutrition to give the body the resources it needs to grow muscle, real work also doesnt grow every muscle, some muscles can only be grown by lifting weights, the only difference between them and "worlds strongest man" is that they take the time to burn off the fat !
@AwsomeAthiest ask a body builder to stop working out for 2 months...their muscles will dissapear. ask a hard working man who's gotten muscles slowly over the years to stop working, and his muscles dont go away as fast. point of it is, your body is like a house, you need slowly build up a strong foundation, and then come the muscles. blowing your self up in 3 months isnt real strength.
@europe0wnz Muscles grow due to micro muscle fibers tearing under stress, when your body repairs the broken muscles it reinforces them with more muscle, this is how muscles grow.
Building muscle over time has nothing to do with how muscles grow, it has to do with the type of muscle being grown, type1 muscles can sustain fatigue and work for longer, type2 bodybuilding muscle is good for higher strength but fatigues quickly.
None of your statements are based on the correct anatomy of muscles!
@europe0wnz Bodybuilders dont do high reps, they do low reps with high weight, thats what causes the tearing of muscle fibers and growth of muscles.
In order to build muscles you need more energy than your body usually needs, hence why worlds strongest man competitors are usually quite fat, bodybuilders simply diet to lose that excess fat so the muscles can be clearly seen.
The reason they seem so strange is most people with that amount of muscle are fat, wereas they have about 6% bodyfat
@europe0wnz If someone has 6 to 8% bodyfat they would look no different from pro bodybuilders, its also impossible to build muscle without putting on weight, your body needs excess calories to generate muscle tissue, pro bodybuilders put on fat during training, its only after they diet to lose the fat, something which people who have demanding jobs are unlikely to do, hence, your talking bollocks!

@AwsomeAthiest are you fuckin kidding me? when my dad was my age, he was 3 times my size, cause he threw hay bales on a trailer all day, and moved furniture, and never worked out a day in his life, and he looked like a 'pro body builder' but he had real strength. i had weight lifting in 10th grade, and after the summer when i went into 11th, all that 'muscle' i put on, went away. and every ones body is different, u cant say anything is bullocks, cause i know some people who will eat a cow.
A tip dude, have lots of milk to gain size at the start
increase your tricep size to gain arm size, as tricep is the bigger mucle than bicep, and also do all inclined declined and straight bechn excercises of chest to make it in shape .... good luck
@pitolin55 thanks brotha, ill work hard and dedicate myself to become stronger. ill post another update on december, hope i get heavier and more ripped by the end of the year! :)
- Eat like a monster (Forget being "ripped", six pack and beach body shit) you badly need the weight on you!
- Sleep for at least 8 hours a night.
- Stick to heavy compound movements: Squat, deadlift, bench, rows, shoulder press, etc.
- Forget bicep curls, leg extension and any of that crap it won't help you AT ALL.
I used to be a skinny rake and never put on any decent mass until i got on a strength training routine (SS3x5, SL5x5), good luck!
