TURKEY HOT SHOTS. Bread on bottom, Turkey, then mashed potatoes, then topped with turkey gravy.. YUM. Funny think is I did not like them when I was a kid, but love them now.

I normally fry my leftover mashed potatoes with onions and garlic maybe some green onions, then add ground ginger and seseme seeds if i have them near the end.  Then I dump them in a bowl and shred some cheese on top so it melts and mix together. so yummy.

I know the point is to use leftovers but these are much better when you make mashed potato without butter and cream inside. they will hold together much better without all the flour.
