mine does the same thing to it happened to both my amps and whenever i get new guitars they would start off with no buzzing then they randomly started idk why just sit around your room cus in a few spots the buzz for me either goes away or it fades a little just experiment where u sit when u play guitar it worked for me lol
Ye mines a cock buzzing homo like that too I think you need like a really good amp to get a crisp sound I no it int the cheapest amp but not like best neither lol try get an older amp. may sound silly but old amps are made better than new ones lol

that actually sounds like interference from an outside source like a older style computer monitor or fluorescent light.

Its in the wall, try it in a different plug, my shitty as old line 6 used to do the same thing. Turn the reverb down a little too.
