@angel2rx Chucks gave his mum his hotel who then gave it to Jack(Chucks uncle who he hates) and Chuck wanted the hotel back more than anything and Jack said if he let him spend one night with Blair then he would give his hotel back and Chuck agreed. Blair went up to Jacks hotel willing to sleep with Jack for Chuck(not knowing the deal that had been made) and then Jack told Blair that Chuck was willing to trade Blair for the hotel.

They kissed and that was it and then this scene happened
