@bettytoo2 thanks, youre so sweet, best wishes on your purchase, if you have any questions feel free to ask, i think the main difference was the brown and neutrals in the 2nd vs the 1st and the 1st had more pinks, but otherwise they are pretty much the same, and the 2nd edition doesnt have the 6 blending shades but like i mentioned they came on as a solid color :P, you can also check out the photos at the end of the video to see more of a closer comparison, but i think either one is good :)

how long does the eyeshadows last on?

@KANDiiKRAZY it really depends on what u do and if u have a base or not, without a base they can last anywhere from 2-4 hours, with a base i would say they would last up to 4-8 hours maybe even longer, most of the time they last all day for me, but sometimes they wont last 30 minutes and thats usually not because of the eyeshadow, its mostly because of the base im using, and i can usually reapply and it will stay all day, so it really depends, but it should stay on for 4 or more hours

@sinetheawhy ahah actually what happened was i ordered the #2 palette first, because i was soo excited about it at the time, that i didnt realized i had ordered the wrong palette, i didnt even know there were 2 versions out there, since i knew nothing about it because everyone only talked about the #1 version, i went ahead and ordered the #1 version because it was initially what i wanted and what i knew abt it, i wasnt even sure if they were gonna be similar or have the same outcome

@shaunaksmith im not to sure but before i did it, i actually searched for the review and looked at girls who had darker skin than me, not categorizing but i looked at girls who were african american too, but i know part of it because of my skin type in that area, but some of their reviews showed how it looked like once it was applied onto their skin, if it was pigmented on them i was a little more secure but thinking it might just be me, i still hesistant but i just bought it and tried it

@shaunaksmith my main advice would be to look for girls who have the same skin color/type and see how it turns out for them, try messaging them and see what they say, thats my only advice really, if it works for them just try it and it doesnt work return it, make sure you ask the seller or company abt their return policies before you do just incase so you know its gonna be hassle free to return it!

@Aryana70 if youre talking about the 180 manly eyeshadow palette, ive seen it and most of them seem to appear having the same colors as the 120, they do have some nice new blending shades but as you can see in my video they came on as a solid, if you havent purchased the 120 yet or the 180, the 180 is nice because it supposedly has 60 more shades right! but the packaging looks annoying, so its really up to you, if its the same price or less why not! right hehe its only based on

its only based on if you think you will mind the little containers or the mixed packaging, if you dont mind and its not that much of a difference than get the 180, otherwise like i said i notice they have a lot of the same shades, i think the only main factors are if you really like any of the shades in the 180 that the 120 doesnt have, the packaging, and the price, look at those factors, then decide! best wishes, let me know how it goes

@Aryana70 yeah definitely!!! maybe u can try to contact the seller if the product is damage and see what ur options are, otherwise i know with rubbing alcohol and press it with a dime u can get it back but it depends on the damage like if its all over the place u might only be able to restore a little bit, but theres a video on how to fix it and it works ive tried but hopefully its not too bad, hopefully it comes perfect!!! but if not see if they will send u a new one or refund ur money

@MizzLChill i would say they both fine, the prices are listed in the video and in the information box, according to which seller you get it from and what site the price will vary, usually they range from 18-30 dollars depending on where and who you get it from, look around for what you think is a better deal, i will say ebay is kind of risky on the shipping, mine turned out arriving fine but ive been told by many that they got theirs broken, the packaging could be better but mine arrived ok

@missfashioneye yes they all made from the same company, im assuming that other companies just buy them, but they are all the same ones, just that they put their own lables on it and sell it as their own, i dont know why they are doing that but i guess u have choices now, you can prob just choose who has the cheapest prices or who has the best shipping, etc, otherwise they are all the same!

@mikkela01 dont get me wrong, having both of them is awesome, but i hope no one feels like its a waste once they recieve them because they do have a lot of the same colors, but i know a major awesome thing is that since they have some of the same colors, if you run out of one or break one completely, you have a backup hehe but if you feel you need both then get both, its always nice to have to have things just in case ahah im such a bad person hehe

@BabeJae i'll be honest...they are kind of pointless because they actually just turn into one color when you use them...and the colors they turn into are already on the palette, but i would say get the one you want, idk about you but when it comes to me if i have my mind set that i want something no matter how many times people tell me not to get it, i wont be satisfied until i get it, if i ended choosing something else hehe does that make sense?

i have the same problem with the pinks on my palette, and i didnt notice the organization problem on the #2 with the colors, until u mentioned it and its true. the pinks the purples etc is kinda all over the place but its not a deal breaker, lol just have to be a lil bit more patient

@MZJI99LY2U yeah i think the tip is to use a white cream base, but i still have to try it on my white cream base and see how it shows, i bought the coastal scents palette in ultra shimmer, i will try it out and see if it is really just the shimmer colors that stand out more or not because the shimmer ones on the 120 are really pigmented vs the matte, otherwise the loreal hip pinks are AWESOME but i understand that some people dont wanna buy more when u already have a palette :P

@esasqueekyloka its kind of here and there, mac is suppose to be good because of the quality and pigment, for me i dont get much pigment from the macs ive tried and thats a big negative for me, macs are beautiful and they blend a lot better than the manly, but manly's shimmer shaders are more pigmented on me than mac, also you have to consider that one mac shade can cost from 14-20 dollars vs a palette costing 20-30 for 120 colors, mac just prevails when it comes to blending

Does the 1st edition pallete have any gold? Not goldish color, but actually gold? I know that in the 2nd edition it has a full gold shimmery color. I was wondering about that. Thanks!

sorry for the late reply...yes it does but i think it only has one, the 2nd edition has the same color but if youre looking at the 1st edition, its in an odd spot, but its more of a light gold, its a gold color like how when you see gold eyeshadow, vs the actual color of gold (like the element gold) i dont know if that make sense, the gold element is a darker gold, if you like gold tones and only want to buy one i would say choose the 2nd palette, it has more golds and browns to choose from!

it shouldnt take longer than 8 business days, mine took around 5 business days, if that amount of time passes by and you havent recieved anything, then contact the seller, most sellers send you a tracking number, if you havent recieved one in a few days ask the seller if there is one, if the seller doesnt have one available thats ok some services dont provide tracking numbers, if you dont recieve one in quite some time have the seller check on the package or contact ebay, you can get a refund!

@plugstrawberry omy gosh i never saw your comment so weird hehe well i think its a great deal but to be honest theres soo many colors and a lot of them are the same but they have different colors, i wanna say yes just for the sake that they dont have the same colors but they have a lot of the same colors, i actually have 88 and both of the 120's and i still mix and match, i would say get the number 2 if you experiment more with browns, but if your more colorful go for the 1st edition!

hehe i meant west side of the US because since it ships from Hong Kong, and i think people who live in the west side are more likely to have their palette damaged because it goes through more, and i think my palette had only 3 stops, if your on the west side you might have 5 or 5 stops and you never know how people will treat the package once they get it

not long, it felt long because i was really anxious, i think it took like 8-10 days total (about 5-7 or so business days) it felt like forever because i really wanted it but after i recieved the first one i got the #1 palette a few days after so it wasnt so nerve racking

so far that ive researched i have not found any sources that say they do any sort of animal testing, their website also say they test their products very safely, and just because they are from china doesnt mean their products are harmful, 80% of products in the US are from China, the only time you should question products when you look at their ingedients, their ingredients are fully listed and so far i havent found anything harmful

oh thats interesting hehe well so far i havent had any problems, umm theres no lead or dangerous materials in it so far, but i would say if anything prob try a little and if you notice any weird feeling definitely just ask if u could return it because maybe u might have an allergic reation to something, everyone is different, if you want i can prob give u a list of the ingredients

yeah the range is ok... i wish they have more of a range for browns but its a huge improvement over the 1, the 1 is still ok, though i have both of these palettes and my sister has the 88 coastal scent palette i still find myself buying a lot of colors but i see that alot of places have the shades thats already in the palette but the colors are kind of decieving sometimes when i do swatches the colors are totally different from what i expected or a little off from what i wanted but still good

that would help alot cause i cant really take my palette with me anywhere i either have to deal with a room with not so great lighting or take my mirror with me to other rooms which can be kind of annoying or just use a compact mirror if im not home since sometimes i have makeup night with friends but they would prob have to make it bigger just for the space :P i know the coastal scents 88 have one but they only have one layer and the shades and palette are smaller but like that would be nice

hehe yes other than a few color differences their quality is the same and the have some of the same shades in the same tone and everything...but number 2 has 24 browns and neutrals...that is such a huge difference!!!

i know i made sooo many mistakes but i must of recorded it like over 30 times i was getting tired of re-recording and it was getting late and i had to work the next morning so i stopped hehe

Yeah doode. I still record myself like 2-3 or even 4,5 times till i think okay it's okay then I just use movie maker and blend it and cut off parts and pieces. Hahahha
