drawing the eyes is NOT easy , not trying to judge anything . But it depends on what the head shape it is facing , if you draw a random head and somebody eyes ... It wont look right , thats why its because of the head

you should work the bottom shape of the face and i suggest you to watch a lot of anime to see the hair work... if you already watch a lot of anime than you should just watch more the art work

Ah i must ask, how do you mount your camera? Im lloking to do overhead drawings but i have no idea how you magicly make them float hehe

I put my tripod on the table and put the view directly down. It shows me drawing upside-down, but you can flip it right-side up on Windows Movie Maker. If I try to put the tripod next to me, the angle is always a little bit messed up, so I find this technique works best. Hope this helped! :D
