  • amazing!

  • my hat is off to u sir

  • @shernick131 it's out of date now. the more updated version is "project amber a proper explanation", it in oout recent uploads.

yeah this specific version no longer exists. :P

  • It is really pleasing to see that Amber is being recreated in Minecraft, finally!

  • I've never heard of Mincraft till now. Fascinating. Seems I'll have a lot to look into about it. But what a great book to use for it. I do hope you do continue on with the project !

  • @kacoll3 yes, infact since i made this video the Castle is almost been completed (just a little bit left to do here and there) the whole thing looks amazing now. my plans are to build not only the surrounding city but also the entire of Amber from Garnath to Arden to Cabra and Baylescrest. Facetious Gaming have big plans for where this project is going, so stick around to be one of the first to know when we're ready to announce it. :D

  • Amber was one of my favorite book series of all time! I hope you finish it, I want to play around there, walk the Pattern!

How in the everloving heck are you going to build the Courts of Chaos though?

  • @RedHairedPeeps i don't have plans to. right now it's just the castle. then i'm expanding to build the surrounding city and the dungeons (and the pattern). and then once 1.8 comes out notch is (hopefully) adding a .class file that allows you to change the height of the map. at which point i will be expanding to build the whole of amber, the valley of garnath, the port town, cabra, baylescrest and arden :D which will involve some serious terraforming.

  • @FacetiousGaming That all makes sense (this is the same person who commented on FB under the Escapist article on the LotR stuff btw) You might be able to do Remba too, though it'd be impossible to actually visit it (just. Giant city in the harbor) and also Tir-na Nog'th. but yeah the Courts wouldn't be possible at all without a LOT of bizarre mods.

    I wish I could help, but I'm still a total n00b at Minecraft :(

  • @RedHairedPeeps i hadn't thought of rebma. but it is a possibility. theres a mod that allows you to breathe under water, so that could work... but i would need a helluva lot more aerial space to build an ocean deep enough to accomidate for it. as for tir-na nog'th it would be possible if notch adds the sky dimention i suppose. although again, it's not currantly on my list of things to do.

  • Wow, that's really impressive! And it defiantly peaks my interest; now I kind of want to read those books.

  • @BriStormStar you should they're amazing. i may be tempted to do an unabriged audio book of them at some point. so look out for that.

  • Thats odd... 24 views for 1 day? it deserves MILLIONS

  • @DrPunkyMunky we don't got many subscriber yet D:

  • @FacetiousGaming Now you got one more :D

  • awesome man thats a lot of work
