@7archers Hey cool good luck with that! I heard that you can get a packets of Agastache Seeds and get like hundreds of plants for a few dollars. I am gonna try it next year. The guy that keeps Bees where I live what he does is dig a 1cm deep trench by 6inches wide and 90 feet long, and fill it with Hyssops and Flowering Lamiums (Dead Nettle think also called?) then fill then cover with 5mm of soil and by June July August he has thousands of flowers like in this cool video! Bees on it every day!
@MrNativeDancer yeah. I am going to check with Gurneys or park Seed and see what they may have. They both have been pretty good with me in the past. Just ordered some strawberries from them, and should receive them in the spring.
I'm scared of anything that stings and I live in a little apartment, so it would probably not work for me right now. However, I'll keep that in mind. I DO care that they're becoming endangered; I just don't want them hurting ME. One of my aunts told me that rosemary attracts bees too when I told her I was thinking about having a rosemary plant (because I love rosemary so much I'll put them on eggs instead of salt!) so I thought twice. Maybe it wouldn't be a problem if I keep the plant inside.
Good luck with your rosemary growing. To be honest I have never been bothered by the bees in gardens; if there are enough flowers for them they'll leave you alone! Like you I live in an apartment (or "flat" as we say in the UK) and grow rosemary on a window-sill, withother bee-attracting herbs. Occasionally in summer bees fly inside, buzz around for a bit, then fly straight back outside. In fact I've been stung in the middle of the street or city, but never in a garden!
@simonzon That's nice to know. I may consider that, small and cluttered as my apt. may be. Lol Besides, most likely my aunt had the rosemary outside. I guess if you're in a garden with them they have better things to do. Right now I have other concerns: I have butterflies and ladybugs in little habitats (my aunt gave me for Christmas and now I'm just in love with my babies!) and I want to find the right plants in case my butterflies have babies.
Cool video! What is the exact species of this type of Agastache? Quite impressive plant!

I'm going to have to try it. I am getting a swarm of bees this spring and I am looking for some flowers to help them as well as my garden.

bee-extinction is in progress, due to chemtrailing the skies with chemical toxins. bees won´t come to you in the future.
