Opprotunities are limited, rights are lost, and familes are broken as a result of their own vice. Legalization would offer a clean, safe, and sterile alternative to the dangerous black market. I live near New Orleans and everyday lives are lost because of the fight to control the drug black market.

I think drugs being legal or illegal is irrelevant to those who want to try them or use them regularly. As long as there is a demand, there is going to be a supply, and criminals are the ones cashing in on the demand of these drugs.
Drug laws don't get rid of drug addicts, it only makes them criminals. It's not right, how can you say marijuana is illegal, but alcohol and cigarettes are not. It's all serving the special interests, such as the pharmaceutical corporations.

People who think 9/11 was definitely an inside job aren't exactly intelligent. The same goes for people who think it definitely wasn't as well, though. Reality is always twisted and hard to understand no matter who you are, and to believe your mind so much as to take an extreme position on most issues isn't very safe.

@IntoTheMind91 So when someone asks you if you think 9/11 was an inside job do you just stare blankly? Anyone with a brain can figure out that we were lied to about 9/11... Bush signed the Afghanistan invasion orders on September 1st, kind hard to write that off. Not to mention the reinvestigation that is constantly denied despite over half of the board finding mixed results. Maybe we cashed in on opportunity, but when I hear stories of the underwear bomber being led onto a plane by a fed... No.

@MrAbradix This is the problem. Everyone wants to choose sides so quickly. Conspiracy theorists think everyone else are sheep, and the "sheep" think conspiracy theorists are crazy. I heard Bush signed the orders on the 17th, the 10th, and now you're saying the 1st? There is always much more than meets the eye. My problem with the 9/11 truthers is that many of them derive there evidence from films such as Loose Change, which was just terrible, it was to make money and not much more.

@IntoTheMind91 Loose Change, got me interested enough to start looking into other sources to step back from the Main Stream media. Do I think bombs, missiles and shot down planes happened that day probably not because though its temping to believe it, the evidence is just not fully there. However I do think the government allowed the event to happen to get us into war....

@TheAAA225 That's how I feel. They may not have been directly involved, maybe not even involved at all, but it is very likely that they allowed all of it to happen because they wanted a war. Loose Change is a good movie, if you know how to question it and not take it all seriously.

My opinion is that the government is, of course, hiding info from us. I consider myself a "truther" but to the extent that I want to find out the truth, I don't believe I know the truth. I try to open peoples minds to possibilities, not lock their minds into believing one thing.

The Gulf of Tonkin incident was staged to get us into Vietnam... Our government has a record of lying to get us into war. Then when you ask about it they say, "People died for your right to free speech so sit down and shut up commie." I weep for America... Really and truly.

@MrAbradix And to that I would reply that I am USING my free speech, and nobody will stop me. I will always argue the side of 9/11 being an inside job when faced with someone who is against it to such an extent that most Americans are. That doesn't mean I believe 100% that it is true. I know about Gulf of Tonkin, as well as Operation Northwoods. The government does lie to us, they are corrupt, but everything they do isn't always the worst.

The mainstream is making marijuana Mr. Pauls issue, it becoming legalized is a side effect of restoring true liberty. Mr. Paul is visibly annoyed having to speak about marijuana he looks on it as one would look on a toy. If you focus on that you are missing the big picture. Lets keep the train rolling and get rights back in the hands of the states and get ourselves out from under our "birth certificate incorporated war collateral debt generational curse!!!"
