How's it crazy? He's forward thinking... look at when this video was posted - 2006. And today with high speed broadband, and change in people's thinking, it is more than possible. It is already happening!
There is no route that leads to Harvard that isn't your own. What works for some might not work for others, but what is for certain is you need top grades and scores on your exams.
As for the difficulty, they accept only about 8% of all applicants. It's not a walk in the park.
First, you need to quit saying, "yall" and next, you have to drop the, "like" from your vocabulary. It is unimpressive and will likely opt you out of the pickings.
Lumping Charlie Nesson in with the "douchebags" shows how grossly uninformed you are. Have you seen him on Stephen Colbert arguing for including poker in public school curricula? Making chemical companies pay through their nose for polluting people's drinking water? Openly admitting that he smokes weed before teaching class?
What does your argument have to do with making him a good law professor? You listed only one unsupported argument that makes him sound like he's doing good for the public, however this doesn't make him a better teacher. (Source for the chemical company argument?) The other two are irrelevant. I'm afraid you are trying too hard to protect him using irrelevant information.
Great. So he is going to teach me how to click around on the internet all night and post goofball comments on YouTube videos? I DON'T need Harvard help for that.

since when do tacky production and cheezy, poorly executed dialogues equate to crazy/insanity? its just a lame ass promotion of yet another throw on distance learning. he can't act and like most people in his profession, he's out of touch. so what?
I think the better descriptors are innovative and imaginative. I appreciate Professor Nesson's willingness to take some risks and explore opportunities becoming available via new technologies.
Does Mr. Nesson know that judgments for copyright infringement cannot be bankrupted?
I'm curious.
