  • bro love the hard work u da besst

  • hi, many tk for posting these, where could I find the next ones? tks again

  • And the winner is: Mike Shula!

  • 2nd place really f ed up with having such a bad tan..if any,, why do these people do all the months of diet etc and get the tan soooo bad...

  • Aww look, my biggest fan is back! I just knew you'd create a 6th screen name just to come back here and look stupid AGAIN! Your comments aregone because no one cares about your jealous insecurities AND everyone that follows me already knows about the M1T that I took and never lied about over 10 years ago LMAO...so how is that hiding? You are beyond pathetic now...what a joke. You can't even troll worth a crap. I love how mad you are that my life is just plain better than yours :)

  • @Sporto4323 Good job on winning the show Tommy. You clearly took the the methyl when you were too young to have truly understood your potential.Honestly nobody cares, whoevers here to troll is just jealous. Was the troll the old training partner of yours?

  • @BlandiBoney - Actually no...afterburn1977 was my old training partner who went off the deep end and I haven't heard from him since. He is probably still living with his mom in south bend (35 years old mind you) and single, but trying desparately to date psychotic bipolar married women. He's probably a little too busy for YouTube:)

  • @Sporto4323 lol'd hard man

  • @Sporto4323 Nice mates you got. Let me guess why he went "off the deep end"- he was a juicer, much like you perhaps?

  • @HelloKitty1203821321 Really? That's it? That was just plain pathetic. It is flattering though how you had to create your 8th screen name just to come back and compliment me as my biggest fan. It's people with no life like yourself that make YouTube such a wonderful place to troll lol

  • @HelloKitty666667 No offense to Tommy, but he doesn't know jack sh*t about steroids.

  • hey tommy you competing in the yorton cup this year?

  • @steveninthematrix maybe you should consider throwing in some hypertrophy training instead of going heavy all the time, if you don't know why you don't have a physique like tommy then that's probably why you don't have one, take the time to educate yourself on proper training and incorporate more drop/supersets and hypertrophy sets instead of going heavy all the time.

  • was that a natural comp cous that mike shula dude didnt look natural?

  • @3ballaz3 - Yes, this was a natural show - and as far as I know, Mike was (and I think still is) natural as well...

  • @Sporto4323 ohkay, cheers for the reply

  • @jab1581 People get Gyno without using roids.....

  • @Ayrad160 gynecomastia, abnormally large mammary glands due to fluctuating levels of estrogen. i had it since puberty.

  • @jab1581 it was puffy nipples not necessarily gyno. furthermore it is common for males to get gyno during puberty due to fluctuating hormones. so he probably had that for his entire life

  • @steveninthematrix Deadlift means nothing in terms of physique. I know guys who can deadlift tons and look like shit.

  • @steveninthematrix if you train like a powerlifter - dont expect bodybuilder looks .... and vice versa if you do bb, dont expect to be strong in 1rep max.

  • Doesn't Isabel Lago being Layne's fiancée pose a conflict of interest ?

  • How much you charge?

  • @ryumariscal - If you are still interested, pm me and we'll talk!

  • @ryumariscal Tommy charges a fair amount, but to be honest he is all worth it. He has got excellent reviews and is practically a living legend in the Gay4Pay community. His capacity for shmoe-squats and shmoe-wresting is well noted. He also bear hugs people until they lose consciousness, blows baloons on webcam, naked, and will also send you pairs of freshly worn trunks

  • @steveninthematrix - No, muscle groups get trained multiple times during the 16 day rotation, but the split doesn't repeat until after 16 days...up until then each workout is different...

  • I am a former training partner of this guy for years, and let me say....his body acne cleared up well!

  • @afterburn1977 - Thanks for the steroid accusation Ken - your true colors finally show after all these years. It's actually funny coming from you who already admitted to me that you did a cycle. Which is too bad, not only can you not compete in my organization without cheating, but you would even have to turn pro first, which we both know you can't do. Otherwise, I would take great pleasure in placing way ahead of you in a contest...

  • @Sporto4323 Who's Ken?

  • @fir3fly798 what i just heard is that if a competitor had a much more impressive physique than you and didnt have to hide jis weaknesses then he would win despite his imperfect posing. I think thay goes with out saying. But generaly it is the posing that sets you apart from the rest of the competition. If you are that out classed that posing doesnt matter i would reccomend taking a good amount of time to train your physique before you compete again.

  • is this on dvd id really like to buy it

  • @nunnyja The whole thing is on youtube just favorite every part...

  • @nunnyja - I believe so! To be sure, contact Layne himself and ask him at biolayne@yahoo.com

  • @steveninthematrix I train, on average, 6 out of every 8 days or so for about 1hr 15mins - 1hr 30mins. My split is something rather unique and one I've made up myself. It isn't congruent with a typical work week rather it's a 16 day rotation...

  • dude your conditioning is absolutely amazing. You are also so dedicated that its inspiring for me to watch.Keep up the good work

  • @Roniboney Thanks! Always focus on oming in as conditioned as you can - that's the one thing you can control!

  • I would have said the bald guy with the stupid tongue piercing deserved to win, until I saw the direct comparison between legs. Your legs were MUCH sharper than his, and that is what made you win. I'm glad when judges put emphasis on legs.

  • @Fir3fly798 Thanks...the judges also put emphasis on posing, color, symmetry, etc. The only thing that guy had on me was size in the upper body. Every other detail of bodybuilding I was hands down the winner :)

  • @Sporto4323 No problem, except I would like to point out that judges do not really put emphasis on posing. I compete with my friend and we are the type of competitors who try to refine every aspect of our competition ready presentation. From the minute details to the color, all the way to posing better than everybody else. All the competitions we've been to the judges don't seem to care if you pose WELL, as long as one's posing isn't so awful that it is a distraction the judges don't care.

  • @Fir3fly798 Indirectly, they most certainly do. If you are a bad poser with good symmetry, but because of bad posing DO NOT show good symmetry, then you lose the poses. Period. It also depends on what organizations you compete in and what they are looking for in precedence. For instance, if you are competing in the NPC, they look much more for mass, fullness, etc. If you are competing in natty orgs, conditioning and symmetry are the trump cards, and so on...

  • @Sporto4323 That's what I was saying before. The only thing a good poser can do these days is learn how to pose so that their weak points are hidden and there strong points are well presented. But for the most part judges only really take off points if you are a bad poser.

  • @Fir3fly798 I am friends with a few judges and from what they tell me posing is at least half of winning. Having smooth transitions and so on. Plus like they were saying if you are not good at posing you are not going to show your full potential.

  • @notwhatbuthow Yeah of course the judges will tell you that. I am absolutely positive that they prefer to see smooth transitions from pose to pose rather than minor breaks into each pose or sloppy awkward transitions into each pose. But you don't have to be a judge to see that if your sitting in the audience even some random person can tell that it looks better. But in all honesty judges definitely do not take 50% or even 10% of their judging based on well somebody can pose. A competitor's

  • @Fir3fly798 - But, a person can make their physique look worse than it is with poor posing, which indirectly DOES affect the judging...

  • @notwhatbuthow posing is something an individual has to develop themselves in order to present themselves the best that they can. Judges only see what they see, and it is up to the athlete to present themselves the best way possible. But at some point one can look soooo good that the judges don't give two shits how they pose. They can go out there and just do whatever they want.

  • @Fir3fly798 - But if a competitor has that kind of physique, you can bet that by that time, they know to pose lol

  • @Sporto4323 Lol one can only hope. And it is true someone can make their self look worse with crappy posing.

  • @notwhatbuthow - Very true!

  • they look like action men lol

  • I heard a story about natural bodybuilding. I guess a random drug tester came on the day of the competition and nine out of ten guys booked it, haha.

  • is it you? is sporto tommy jeffers? wow. you see naturals, it seems like finalists have much different body shapes, like you would notice they are different if you weren't into bb, but like at olympia you wouldnt notice any difference, reckon thats the roids? CONGRATS TOMMY

  • @beastiemetalhead1 Thanks I appreciate that!

  • Wow. is all i have to say! Great work tommy you've come a long way and just all i have to say is keep up the great work. One Quick Question. Does being a "natural" builder mean you cannot take supplements like creatine and protein powders and even pre work out supplements?

  • Thanks for the kind words! "Natural" is a term that has many definitions and one is no more right than the other. You can slice it up a million different ways. Creatine and protein are acceptable in all natural federations. Each federation has its own banned list. As long as you abide by the list, you are deemed "natural" to that organization. It's a complicated question with no real answer unfortunately

  • @Sporto4323 Id imagine that this show is pretty strict, no ph's, hgh, etc.

  • Correct - They also have a long list of banned subsatances including ephredine and the like. You will have your cheaters herre and there, just like with anything else in life, but other than that, most of us are pretty strict on what we use all year

  • lol pizza

    haha

sounds like u deserved ur pizza!

    :D

  • It's all I was craving for the last 4 weeks striaght!

  • @Sporto4323

There is not a better time on earth to eat well deserved junk food than after a haaard and loooong diet! Makes it feel all worth it, and your still looking good as hell! :D God I miss that feeling... :(

  • Congratulations Tommy! Hard work payed off. This was a great documentary. Thanks for sharing.

  • Thank you for the kind words!

  • lol..the big guy on the left looks like he's in another weight class!!

  • He probably would be in another weight class if he worked on his legs.

  • sick physique

  • Tommy,

Around what sort of BF% do you normally compete? And what's the normal BF% for natural competitors during the off-season?

  • First, BF% is irrelevant since there is no real accurate way to measure it other than dissection, not to mention no judge will ask you what your BF% either. use the mirror - as a general rule for most males, if your glutes and hamstrings aren't striated, keep dieting. As for offseason, it depends on your bodytype...

  • Tommy Personal Question here, u get your teeth whitened lol?

  • Nope...just brush them on a regular basis :)

  • omg that guy staid like 1000XXXX time you know in his interview :| !

  • what does staid mean?

  • Tommy, Where'd you learn all your knowledge about diet and training before you met Layne Norton. I'd appreciate if you'd reply.

  • Honestly - most of my knowledge was learned through Lyle McDonald...he's an extremely smart person

  • That one dude Jim Cordova has one of the greatest physiques in natural bodybuilding. Does anyone know how he got such full muscle bellies on the arms? Is it just genetics?

  • Genetics plays a role yes, as does hard work, dedication, perserverence, etc....

  • hey Tommy, this is kind of a personal question but what do you do to remove body hair before a show?

  • wax

  • isn't that ridiculously painful? Aren't there any creams or products than can do it? I know a lot of them don't work, but there's got to be some that do

  • I don't wax...I just shave everything the night before

  • isn't that really tedious and time consuming? and what about in the offseason?

  • It gets easier the more you do it, but it can be depending on how thick your hair grows in. I shave much less frequently in the offseason, but I do still shave...

  • Yeah, i noticed that if I don't shave for more than two days its starts to get pretty thick and looks bad. I usually have to shave everyday to keep it off, haha. Anyways, thanks for answering my questions as always.

  • Nair for Men works :-/

  • does it burn?

  • If you dont win a comp do you have to wait a certain amount of time before you can compete again? Thanks.

  • No...you can compete in as many shows as you want in a row...

  • Ok. Thanks for replying.

  • i just cant convince myself that the bald guy is natural...

  • Yeah, who knows...only he does. I always give people the benefit of the doubt and I don't worry about whether anybody else is on steroids or not. I just worry about me and come in the best shape possible.

  • me niether rofl

  • hey Tommy props man and keep up the good work. I wish i was lean like u. u can see my abs but they still have a little bit of fat over them.

  • Tommy dude i hope to see u again maybe we can play some splinter lol haha jk hey man ur doin good

  • are natural bodybuilders allowed to use methoxy or ecdy?

  • I dont know what either of those 2 things are, but if you were wanting to compete in a natural show, just email the promoter and ask if those substances are allowed. Every organization is different in what they allow bodybuilders to use and how long they have to be clean.

  • some people retain gynocomastia from their teens

  • what is gyno?

  • gynocomastia, bitch tits basically..

    Tommy doesnt have gyno...

  • LOL - Nice try, but you fail

  • that was awesome to watch, extremely motivational. im goin to keep this vid for the low carb days when feel like cheating, one look at this ud bang on track again haha. if i get any where near the condition of jeffers this comin i will be more than happy! Again, true quality, take a look at my vids if u get a min, they are compilations of us training and competiting in UK.

  • good job, you are my inspiration, awesome physic

  • I appreciate that!

  • i got into bodybuilding about 5 months ago and i find A LOT of inspiration from you being natural and also from you being about the same build as me height and limb wise

  • Thanks man...comments like that mean a lot! Best of luck to you in your natural bodybuilding journey!

  • nice jobb man, what bodyfat are u guys usally on at the end of the bulking? and how many months\weeks do u guys use to take the fat off and get like that ripped?

  • Depends really...for the most part, it's not wise to get any higher than 12-14% or so. And depending on metabolism, it might take anywhere from 16-24 weeks to really have enough time to get lean enough the right way.

  • Well done Tommy, as another natural guy you're an inspiration. I see what you mean about the guy who placed 2nd. He had a lot of mass but he didn't have the definition you had. Again, well done. You did win a pro card for this right?

  • Yea, I won a pro card at this show :) Thanks for the kind words!

  • this was inspiring. Jeffers, u have the presence. The 2nd place guy would have came close with color and a little tighter. He is humble and obviousily is going to learn from watching this. U Jeffers, have the personality and are a great rep of natural bb. U obviousily deserved #1. If someone gives u negativity like that "gyno" comment dont take it to heart. U dont have gyno. The fact that people hate means ur doing something right.

  • What's with the gyno??

  • LOL - Thanks for that

  • Thank you guys for the kind words! I actually take all the gyno comments as compliments :) I appreciate you all following along - If I can do anything to help you guys, just holler at me.

  • Wow Jeffers. Awesome physique and it's nice to see a real bodybuilder (natural) for a change. A great inspiration and a great athlete. Nice job.

  • Thank you for the kind words! I really appreciate it!

  • i think "ya kno" is slightly over used in this video lol

  • that guy who placed 2nd had a good physique.

  • Yes he did...he just wasn't lean enough.

  • wow is this jeffers!?

Big respect to you man, you looked absolutely incredible and you know it, I'm very interested in yours and layne split, as a natty myself I will compete next year.

    Well done again

    MXD

  • Thanks Philip! Yep...that was me a few months ago LOL. The split has been phenomenal so far...you'll love it!

  • ah okay thanks alot, makes sense, its definitely a gd body part, i'm training alot at the moment, pretty similar to u, i'm tall and well developed, gonna compete in a few years time here in UK when i'm confident i can bring it all to the stage, how long did it take to get ur legs to wat they are?

  • Well, the position I played when I was a baseball player was catcher. So since I've been squatting since I was 9 years old, I've developed some pretty big legs. Other than that, I've just trained them pretty heavy consistently for years...

  • sum serious time u've bin squating.b few years before i can do wat u do!my legs are achin at the mo from yesterdays workout, ow! its strange tlking to u,i've watched u and layne over last few months, really respect the effort that goes into the natural route, jus love watchin the vids, realli well made, can't wait to see you and cordova in te future, me too hpefully, altho in UK, mayb one day in US!wats it bin like doin the vids? i bet its amazin experience to see ur efforts rewarded

  • Well, it was consistent training for a long time...but a good few strong years and your wheels will be rolling in no time!

  • this is awsome well in man gd video, can u reply to this please and tell me how ur chest is so flat, ther other dudes is like huge but seen ur other vids n ur chest is v strong but flat as, looks gd, genetic?

  • I think relative to my other body parts, my chest is behind, so it appears that way
