  • The Jew's harp (or Jews' harp), jaw harp, mouth harp, or Ozark harp is thought to be one of the oldest musical instruments in the world;[1] a musician apparently playing it can be seen in a Chinese drawing from the 3rd century BCE.[2] Despite its common English name, and the sometimes used Jew's trump, it has no particular connection with Judaism. This instrument is native to Asia and used in all tribes of Turkish people in Asia. Mostly called as temir komuz, agiz komuzu or gubuz.

  • can anyone tell me what the instrument is that guy uses to make a bouncing noice? "boing boing boing" with his mouth....

  • Tomorrow in helsinki!!! can't wait!!!

  • I attended a live Klezmatics performance at SMU in the late 90's. It was an incredible experience live. I encourage anyone who likes this to see it live!!!.

  • I've heard klezmer that could be a crossover to jazz, and I've heard klezmer that could be a crossover to blues, but I've never heard klezmer that could be a crossover to Appalachian music. This was awesome.

  • je ne m'en lasse pas merci à vous
