the wikipedia article on wynne greenwood is quite sad. apparently she had to stop making music because she ran out of funds... the next album i buy will be tracy + the plastics... adore her.

I find it interesting, That in this genre it is considered taboo and label you a sellout to try to make a record that might actually may be heard further than your small core fans and to actualy turn a buck.
I think that she does deserve more recognition, but I do think that the most important thing is that she's saying what she wants to say. However I think that what she wants to say deserves more notice
her talents weren't wasted at all, she did exactly what she wanted to do to make herself happy with her talents. Not to mention inspired some of the most obscure drum stylings by looping Rachel Carnes of The Need/Twin
