no matter what happens, Turkey never takes responsibility for the PKK. they will always blame the PKK problem on whom ever they wish to attack or occupy. they did that in Cyprus as well. arming the so called Greek militia who allegedly killed Turkish civilians which Turkey used as an excuse to occupy Cyprus. the Kurdish problem in Turkey is the result of Turkish law which openly suppresses and abuses Kurdish rights. a little bit like Nazi laws towards Jews. which we all know cannot be respected

Bush obviously "misunderestimated" Kurdish nationalism in Iraq without (unsurprisingly) giving a single thought about how it would effect the Kurds fighting Turkish imperialism (and a NATO member at that).
