They made an English dub of it that airs in America... I think. (I don't get that here) But I prefer the original Japanese version a lot more because I don't like their english voices and lots of scenes were cut out to make it more suitable for kids.

The couples? Rockman and Roll are the main couple as well as their NetOps (watch the anime and you will understand) Netto and Meiru. There are many other couples which I'm too lazy to list here.
