Subtlety and deception are what the JWs are all about. While they may tell nominal "Christians" they believe in the Son of God, they deny that He is God (the NWT corruption paints Jesus as "a god"). And they don't believe that Jesus could be "in" a Christian, but rather "in unison with". They also believe in "superseding revelation", or something that continues to unfold. JWs also never stay on point, but rather twist,spin and manipulate the conversation, so that they always have the last word.

Being that we do not actually know the vowels that are missing from the tetragrammaton (YHWH), we cannot therefore know what the correct form of the name is. This means that JWs require one to use God's name "Jehovah" to even know God; yet, this name may very well be wrong. It is only a guess.

Every true Christian would agree that we should follow the commands of God. In Mk 9:7, God the Father commands us to listen to Jesus. Do you follow this command and listen to Jesus? After all, Jesus died for your personal sins (1Jn 2:2, 1Pet 2:24).
Jesus tells us to go directly to him (Mt 11:28-30), and the Father commanded us to listen to Jesus. Why? Because JESUS gives us everlasting life (Jn 10:28), and so that JESUS will enter our house and be with us and give us the right to sit on his throne (Rev 3:20- 21).
I'm not sure where you have heard that concerning the heavens being already filled in 1935, but that is not the truth that I have been taught. Still today, there are annointed brothers and sisters in the congregations.
"God" means a strong one. Christ is called "The mighty God" at Isaiah 9:6, "a god" at John 1:1 (NWT), and "the only-begotten god" at John 1:18 (NWT). Jehovah is not the only god or strong one. So Thomas could call Jesus God, but not THE God, and three verses later Jesus is called "the Son of God,"

Subtlety and deception are what the JWs are all about. While they may tell nominal "Christians" they believe in the Son of God, they deny that He is God (the NWT corruption paints Jesus as "a god"). And they don't believe that Jesus could be "in" a Christian, but rather "in unison with". They also believe in "superseding revelation", or something that continues to unfold. JWs also never stay on point, but rather twist,spin and manipulate the conversation, so that they always have the last word.

The thing I really like from them is that they acctualy read the Bible for you.....If they say that the name of god is Jehova, then you can see it on psalms 83:18 and if they talk about the everlasting and perfect life on earth , then they have the scriptures to back it up.....What I mean is that if you personally wanna learn some issues about your creator and god, then the JWs are the right peolple to leasten from.

@nosaj2001 - If those who disagree with Watchtower methodology should just be quiet because of unintended consequences (shut up or else risk fighting God) - it would be more consistent if the Watchtower didn't have a constant attack on all other religions and former members. They constantly attack what they call "Babylon" and "apostates". If the WTS would cut it out and just stick to their own message, then unbelievers and ex-members would let up on the Watchtower too.

Revelation 22:13 says that Jesus is the Alpha and Omega. the very fact that you call Jesus "a god" but not God almighty tells us that you believe in 2 god's..that contradicts the first commandment

@clevelandshero23 It's unfortunate that so much emphasis is placed on God's name (even to the point of making it a salvation issue). Being that we do not actually know the vowels that are missing from the tetragrammaton (YHWH), we cannot therefore know what the correct form of the name is. This means that JWs require one to use God's name "Jehovah" to even know God; yet, this name may very well be wrong. It is only a guess.

Jesus was Gods Son when He became incarnate' He was thse second person of the Godhead before time. He created time and all in it. Heb1:10-12 firstborn means preeminate one vs8&9. The only candidate for propitiation is God Himself. Why did Jehovah say when Jesus was baptized in the Jordan, "this is my son, the beloved, whom I have approved."? If Jesus was not created by Jehovah, why would Jehovah refer to him as "my son"? Further, if Jesus was Jehovah, how could Jehovah have referred to the Christ as his son? Big bad wolf? Jehovah's witnesses really are sent out as "sheep amongst wolves" just as Jesus, the only begotten son of Jehovah has said.

Why would the bible continually say the father and the son if they weren't two different people? It would be silly to think that God was his own father and own son. "000266617" has a point in many of the scriptures he brought out.

Since the Organization has received "new light" regarding the 1914 generation, and completely changed their view on this, does this mean that all the former Jehovah's witnesses who were disfellowshipped years ago for the same view the organization is now teaching will automatically be accepted into fellowship again? Were these Ex-Jw's in fact disfellowshipped for truth and knew things that the governing body did not?

How do you prove from the Bible that 1935 was the year for the selection to heaven stopped due to being filled? What is the difference between a Catholic appealing to "what the organization tells him" about December 25 being the date of Jesus birthday and a Jw appealing to "what the organization tells him" about the date 1935? Is it not hypocritical when you chide the "poor deluded Catholic" that his faith cannot find a Bible passage to support it, when the same goes for you and 1935?

Every true Christian would agree that we should follow the commands of God. In Mk 9:7, God the Father commands us to listen to Jesus. Do you follow this command and listen to Jesus? After all, Jesus died for your personal sins (1Jn 2:2, 1Pet 2:24).

Jesus tells us to go directly to him (Mt 11:28-30), and the Father commanded us to listen to Jesus. Why? Because JESUS gives us everlasting life (Jn 10:28), and so that JESUS will enter our house and be with us and give us the right to sit on his throne (Rev 3:20- 21).

Yes. PART 1
"God" means a strong one. Christ is called "The mighty God" at Isaiah 9:6, "a god" at John 1:1 (NWT), and "the only-begotten god" at John 1:18 (NWT). Jehovah is not the only god or strong one. The very fact that he is called the Almighty God indicates that there are other gods not so mighty, not almighty like him. So Thomas could call Jesus God, but not THE God, and three verses later Jesus is called "the Son of God,"

The bible doesn't say Jesus is Almighty God. It mentions other "gods" and humans are called "gods" but not Almighty God.

The scriptural evidence that Jesus was the son only is overwhelming. You know that Issac Newton the scientist, was a blble reader and made a long list of reasons why Christ was the son and not Almight y God ("Didn't know the day and hour, " and on and on)

I just want to know one thing. I know I've read in the Bible how everyone must go door to door and preach the good news. If Witnesess are not the true religion, why are they the only ones doing it ? And Don't bother mentioning the Mormons who do it like a 2 or 3 week thing. Witnesess must preach till they die or can;t anymore becuz of health issues.
