  • Life for Live ... Ernesto CHE Guevara!!!

  • Nice juxtaposition of images.

What program did you use to capture ?

    H.

  • It still hurts to think about it. Even though I wasn't alive at the time, it is my nation, my country, my people, and it hurts. I have been there, just after the new year and it is surreal to see kids playing with their new toys in the same place that many took their last breaths. I don't care if the CIA was behind it, it was still Mexicans who pulled the trigger on their own. That president was a peace of shit.

  • Piece of shit.

  • I loved the last song, who is it? the song that says "the revolution will not be televized"

  • @jorgealva06

gil scott heron : the revolution will not be televised

  • la banda nunca muere

  • Those Were The Days Lyrics by Wanda Jackson

  • what song is this?

  • EL 2 DE OCTUBRE NO SE OLVIDA!

  • I thought this was a info: clip about what happened in Mexico City 1968? sounded like it was a protest song sung by a black man putting down the white man....huh?

  • yea but it is cool, I am Malcom X, and the CIA was enviroment in this crime, fuck american way of thing and their nazies ideas, el pueblo unido jamas sera vencido, viva el che guevara, lucio cabañas, la liga comunista 23 de septiembre y todos los estudiantes caidos durante la guerra sucia

  • Damn government. Can't allow peacefull demostrations.

  • Great video. Too bad they song really sucks. i guess that's why they have a mute button.

  • bien hecho

  • and bsides it was not at nightfall y do evryone put "at nightfall" the shooting started at 5:55 PM so it means its evening not nightfall nightfall is when you see the moon and stars its was at EVENING

  • also dont forget thursday june 10 1971 no olvideo el 10 de junio

  • 2 de octubre no se olvida!! :´(

  • hey my mom's boyfriend told me about this but he said that his cousin was in the army and to get them ready to see things that you never thought imaginable they showed the military's film on this and it showed EVERYTHING and when the soldiers used bayonets on women and everything and he said that his cousin told him everyone was throwin up or cryin and nobody made it to the end of the movie so this wasnt a masacre, this was straight up murder. how sad.

  • you guys really don'y know what

murder' is do you? when you set your self in situation against your gov with militant action..this is what happens. you guys lie when you say 'peacful protest"

  • a peacefull rally with mexican socialist militants..mmmmm aka'the victims" i suppose. another perfect example of how scialist assholes instigate the masses and get them killed..just like in chiapas...fucken soc/ommy asses! Che' g. was a murderer, and you guys still lick him up while people die. u know they got scialist gov. in russia..there's your utopia. go there! damn unam and ipb /psum and more freakin socio nazi's! you guys lie, your worse than the problem!

  • they were STUDENTS not SOCIALISTS do a little research before putting shit idiot

  • Well, that's not entirely true... They were students with socialist ideas. Remember that those days were like the "boom" of the marxist philosophy, specially among the instructed sector of the society: the students (UNAM,IPN,VOCAS...) Besides, that day, the mitin was conformed not just by students but also farmers, unions, sindicates, people's organizations claiming for justice... and of course, people that had nothing to do with the manifestation... people passing by (unfortunately for them)...

  • si tienes razon c me habia olvidado d los obreros jajaja feliz 2 de octubre NO SE OLVIDA

  • thank you soooo much,,,this guy did his homework. see 'fawful94"....this is how you prove your pint..with facts!

  • i think you are the moron a) you said that socialists brought ppl to murder them right? well you're wrong they were protesting against the government bcuz it enjailed students that were just playing then it grew bcuz of the agression against students b) wtf does aztlan have to do with this?... speaking of which by aztlan you mean "bird place" right? aztlan is in central mexico and california WAS part of mexico

  • look ,i did my research, i was in mexico in 68 so f* off moron! i know whats going on in the socialist movement ..then and now in california and mexico... do your fucking homework! aztlan is bullshit ,california was never a a part of aztlan do your fucking homework !

  • wtf has aztlan to do whith all of this

rule no 1: comment things related to the topic and dont detour

  • Mmhh, me suena como la tierna canción de lo que se dice: "con la audacia que otorga la ignorancia". I bet you're of those who think that communists eat their children and share women, right? Kinder History Lesson 1:Russia is not socialist anymore since like almost 20 years. KHL2: Nazi's where more inclined to Nietszche's philosophy than Marx's. KHL3: Commies and nazis were enemies at WWII. KHL4: El Che G. killed soldiers, corrupt leaders, not civilians like your good friend Bush.

  • Fucking PRI, they knew who were the murders. That date is not forgotten by the people and the UNAM and IPN students.

Everything the people want is justice.

  • yeah that event was really fucked up quien sabe como se llama la cancion en espanol

  • The sad part is that student movements from US, France and other countries were oblivious and unaware that Mexican students were also taking to the streets. By the time they knew of the massacre, their efforts to recognize or help was too little too late. Many former hippies today are still unaware or know very little, that such an event took place. Orwell said it best...'Ignorance is Strength'.

  • The use of "Those Were The Days" gives the footage an almost Brechtian feel.
