Wikipedia is not truth. I saw the film 2 times and went to all the recites to them of Argentina. The images are of Buenos Aires and Brazil of no other side. Santiago not this including in the film and much less Australia. Trust me...

NO SEAN PALETOS... que si fue mejor México, que si fue mejor Buenos Aires... U2 en un grupo muy profesional, sus conciertos son casi exactos siempre. yo los vi en Madrid y Barcelona y fueron 2 gostas de agua, excepto dos canciones que variaron en el repertorio. Incluso duraron lo mismo.

Correcto, pero no toda The Fly es de México, muchas tomas son de argentina, por ejemplo las aniamciones en la pantalla en México fueron en español, lo sé por que tengo el video del azteca, tambien tengo el video del argentina y todo esta mesclado, el principio si es en mexico exactamente del jueves 16 de febrero, lo spe por que asiste a ese concierto y recuerdo perfecto el error al inicio, otra, me parece que Miss Sarajevo si es en México, como quiera que sea genial!
a ver, las filmaciones en argentina se usaron como una especie de panel para cada canción; sobre ellas se editaron algunos audios e imágenes de las otras grabaciones. comprendo que haya secciones tomadas de mexico, no lo niego.
yo asistí al show en buenos aires del 2/3, y al menos las imágenes y el audio de the fly no corresponden a esa fecha. miss sarajevo tampoco. seguramente, pertenecen a tomas de la noche anterior. así que te doy la razón en ese punto.

From Wikipedia- The first shows were in Mexico City, the crew set up or medium-length shots...in São Paulo cameras were used to capture distance shots...in Santiago only a single overhead camera was used to capture footage of Larry...In Buenos Aires filmed without audience before the 2 live shows capturing shots of the band...an additional 2 shows were filmed in Melbourne to capture extra footage of the audience. The final film was compiled from more than 100 hours of footage.
If you would have seen U2 3D you would know that this isn't near what you get with the whole IMAX experience...10 times better sound and quality in person. This is for those fans who are not able to see the film... besides the short teaser trailers put out to encourage those who can...to go see the movie. If anything, I hope this gets more people to go to the theaters and watch it.
I saw this movie 3 times and can tell this movie was filmed in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico. That said the credits at the end of this movie. I do not care where were filmed each song, i just can tell all were AMAZING.
the intro of the fly is in mexico , check the video : U2 the fly live in mexico 2006 ( 16 - 02 - 06 ) and the intro was from mexico , Bono say : Where is the fly ? , and all the mexicans answer : Donde ?
This was Mexico, this is not the first time edge get a guitar with a wrong tuning! on this version Bono does't sing to make time!! you can hear when Edge is asking Dallas for the right guitar!! I know this becuase I saw it 8 times!! and you can see it on the creedits!!
I just saw this at the IMAX in Raleigh on Saturday, and while this video is a wee bit smaller than that one ;) , it's still excellent. Great shooting!
I was there when Bono asked "Where is The Fly" because Dallas was taking too long bring the Line6 Variax Guitar. Bono started to play another song while waiting for Dallas and The Edge, I have the Whole São Paulo's Gig DVD.
I Can also see myself at the end of Where The Streets Have no name, I'm wearing an Ireland's soccer T-shirt...

I saw them play The Fly similar to this in Melbourne... I think I nearly pee'd myself. :P
They should do their video clips like this, their live shows are much better than their film clips.
