Question, did a U.S. Diplomat ever met and spoke with Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party?!? Are you willing to propose legislation that restrains an executive officer (or specifically the President) from meeting individuals who meet a certain criteria, such as the reasons you cited? Do you believe that congress has the authority to regulate the conduct of the executive's authority to "receive Ambassadors and other public Ministries", despite it being textually committed to the executive in Art 2, Sec 3. Please clarify.
