@Andrea209720 P Acnes is mostly found on the SKIN and it doesn't produce the majority of B12 for people so your idiotic assertion is false that killing P Acnes is a reason why so many people are b12 deficient. Most bacteria that produces b12 is in the gut which is unaffected by coconut oil. Besides if antibiotics, benzoyl Peroxide, etc. cannot fully get rid of P Acnes I doubt a table spoon of coconut oil will cunt face. Point is the benefits of coconut oil outweigh the negatives.
