When I first saw this, after the scene with the ending of the novel, I was starting to think she was going to kill herself. I was thinking, "it can't end like this!" But when she threw the pages away as Renji rushed to save her, the scene somehiw seemed even mire tragic than if she had died. Very moving scene brilliantly done.
i only watched this scene because of renji''s voice, but now i might watch the anime..
