my question is: they bought all the land, at least here in israel, how or where can we the people gather, build, grow & live in peace & harmony when we pay fiat money as rent?

p.s. all natural lands in israel are owned by the state thru several agancies.

  • "A long habit of not thinking a thing wrong, gives it a superficial appearance of being right, and raises at first a formidable outcry in defense of custom. But the tumult soon subsides. Time makes more converts than reason."-Thomas Paine

  • Such a shame that foreigners can't move to New Hampshire, I'd go and a lot of other people probably would too.

  • why foreingners can't move to new Hampshire?

  • Because of the strict US immigration laws.

  • What are you talking about? Just go to NH with a tourist Visa and never leave. Has worked for millions of Mexicans ;)

  • Interesting point but I guess I like my life too much to risk getting in trouble with the US authorities. Perhaps in the future when the EU fascism has gotten even worse.

  • You are bound by the shackles of comfort.

  • I sure am.

  • Well it's going to get very uncomfortable soon.

  • I know and I hope we are all prepared for that. I surely am.

  • @MigDanskeren great

  • ..and that is making absolute sure that all of the charges are being rightfully billed to you and that you are consistently paying as you take your path in life. don't lose your job or run out of money. not being able to pay will make it very uncomfortable over and over and over again. ..and what did they..."perhaps"..."in the future"? So, nevermind the info at your footsteps.

  • If Obama is the savior, the last hope and his failure will disillusion people about coercive solutions, then it would come as a big set back if he was assassinated. We had an politician assassinated here and a dead politicians can remain a promise for a long time. "If only .... would have lived ..."

  • What a fantastic discussion. Stef you were on fire! Such a positive and inspiring roundtable of ideas.

  • I am one of the agents quite possibly coming out of the woodwork.

  • This was such a positive motivation boost.

  • It was really excellent. I hope to see more roundtables from these guys and others in the future.

  • This is SO great!

I love seeing such free thinking, positive emotion, and epic analogies tied all together.

    Great job, guys!

And thank you for uploading this, Stefan.

  • The ideal is a free market, a la carte government. You get what you agree to pay for. Some people might want government control, of varying levels. Some might prefer socialism. The key is to have differing kinds of governments, and the ability to choose which one you want to live under, if any at all. Government needs to be treated no different than any other service/product. If vendor competition is best for the consumer, the same holds for govt.

  • I can agree with that. Freedom of movement should be considered a basic human right.

  • Excellent discussion. The oddly amplified thumping sound from people touching the table was a little distracting though.

  • I just have a hard time seeing the state going away. The state is certainly limping, but how long has it (in some form) been doing just what it is now? Hundreds, thousands of years? It isnt just going to leave. I think that the work that you are doing is great and all but it seems to be a drop in the bucket...

Maybe I am too pessimistic. Anyway, it is sure good to know that others out there care about real liberty and are thinking about solutions. Keep up the amazing work!

  • Excellent! *****

  • Great talk, thanks for posting!
