I'm not going to sit here and deal out personal insults, because the fact stands that I am not and probably never will be as succesfull as the jonas brothers, but the fact stands that there are bands out there who have put passion and effort into perfecting their skills on their respective instruments, these people deserved to be appreciated. I want to know what makes the jonas brothers better then say.. lamb of god? Nothing..because they are not- and never will be.

I dont have anything against basic chords, because all my favourite rock bands use em: AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, ZZ Top, KISS etc
But they do suck balls, such as the whole pop industry. Its so worthless and crappy its not even worth a nervous laugh, and the way they got to be famous through a f..king tv show! Cant be described in words how f..ked up todays popular music is

I do wish they weren't so involved with disney, but it's where they ended up and i'm proud of them. it's kind of funny how you know so much about them though, considering you're bashing them. I'm 16, and I know plenty of good music--my life doesn't revolve around listening to one band like many other peoples do. but you have your opinions, cool. i guess i can't make you change yours, and you're not gonna make me change mine.

actually, they did have their music on regular stations like the mix, kiss fm, b96, etc..along with radio disney--but no one even listens to radio disney unless your a little kid anyways, so that doesn't count-you're right. I actually wasn't going to say you have no life, because I don't know you personally. I don't judge people on their tastes of music. I'm not someone who only listens to the newest fasade, because that's stupid. I've been a fan of theirs since 2005ish 2006ish..

However their are some aspects you should think about
1st. punk bands like Ramones/Sex Pistols had very simple music(usually 4 chord variation, barely no solos) as well as having a fucked up vocal
2nd. Beatles also focused alot on their looks when they first started out as a band, dressign in suits while advertising their mod style hairs
3rd. and at least jonas brothers write 50% of their songs
