I can't say enough good things about John Lecompt. He can play rhythm or lead guitar, can sing and is even a good songwriter. The guy can do it all. Yet he's not so full of himself as other rock stars sometimes are. I've met him a couple of times and he's one of the nicest people on the planet.

He was given writing credits therefor he contributed. Amy Lee and Terry did not write this song alone. Regardless of whatever, John has credits for it and if he shouldn't have them, that is Amy Lee's own fault. I'm tired of all these BS comments. No one cares.

Because he contributed to the success of the song, has writing credits and was invited. Amy Lee is not the only person who wrote/contributed to The Open Door, contrary to what people may or may not have been told. Hope this helps. :)

Number one, he did not give tim's ticket to anyone, tim did not receive a ticket because he was not apart of the creative team for Sweet Sacrifice, which is what hte nomination was for. All those involved in writing and production are invited.
