they are bakhtiaris, belonging to lur people, and speak a dialect of persian which is more pure and slightly differs from modern persian. They claim to be from the mythical Iranian king Fereydun.

@IranSepahbod thanks for your info about great Bakhtiaris people.I see in my opinions, I think Bakhtiaris is very close to Afghans race.as I see Bakhtiaris perhaps it has something to do with Paktia/Pakhtia and also because of the similiar dances and culture.
