  • thankyou for the best information

  • A morzę NASA coś wie ale nie ujawnia ps czy to jakiś sygnał od obcych ALIENS

  • To put it all in understandable terms: If you could 'hear' the electromagnetic spectrum, space would be full of sounds.

  • refreshing i love it :)

  • It's about that time of year when the Mighty Jupiter exults the night sky!

  • THIS SHIT IS A BIG LIE

  • @NaziOmega no sir.. that is real.. if you weren't an idiot you would understand that.. nazidouchebag!!!!

  • @SiskNBAS and if u weren't an idiot u would respect others whoever they are and whatever thoughts they believe :)

  • @NaziOmega Again if you weren't an idiot/nazi you would understand that it's science... not a belief.. dickheadomega

  • So *that's* where Tangerine Dream got their early ideas from!

  • Jupiter is simply dazzling. Size : Earth x 1000 (in volume), time per full rotation : just 10 hours.

  • @Ojoe2010 Gives a hell of a swing :)

  • Imagine if you woke up and found yourself there? And there's noway back to home

  • sounds like a ufo or something

  • Am I the only one who finds this somewhat... relaxing? I don't understand why some are saying its scary.

  • Dear Xavier, The first sound in the universe which came into existence is the Primordial Sound of Aum. Jupiter Sounds are similar to it. As per our scriptures, Jupiter also named "Guru" is the representative of Almighty God of Trinity (Vishnu: Father; Brahma: Son and Maheshwara: Holy Spirit). From the names of these three 'AA' from Brahma; 'U' from Vishnu and 'Mm" from Maheshwara came this word 'Aum'. Since this is the first sound, it is relaxing and soothing. This is best for Meditation.

  • D:

  • 1 person is from Uranus.

  • Space is COOL!

  • Intresting, but how does one record these vibrations?

I can only imagine you have something witch the vibrations can "bounce" on, like some sort off sheet witch in turn vibrates and creates sounds flowing through the air

  • @jso0125 One usually starts by reading the damn description.

  • Jupiter is the Brian Eno of the solar system.

  • garrysaddict - these are the sounds of electro magnetic distorting radio waves wich are picked up by untuned recievers, just like when you down tune a tv using annalog recieption you get background radiation fron the big bang.

  • everybody in jupiter is partying right now

  • Is it then correct to call Jupiter's sound as music? Because its not a chaotic ramble of sounds, but its got a steady rhythm, and harmony. To me, personally, this is planetary music.

  • At least it's not in pain like our mother Earth

  • out of curiosity, has anyone lately been picking up on Jupiter, since it is getting so close to Earth right now (closest orbit in a long time), I'm very sensitive to changes in the solar system / certain alignments and wondering if anyone else tends to feel unusually "odd" at this time.

  • @spawnofstardust it's probably just your period

  • @fistylemon hehe that usually just makes me hungry and irritated ;)

  • @spawnofstardust out of curiosity, could you explain these "odd" sensations you feel in correlation with changes in the solar system?

  • @Cammersful don't think this little box here has enough room, it depends on which planet(s) and where they are located.

  • @bry3500 thanks for the link. Perfect compliment to observing Jupiter through my scope..

  • Thank you! Check also a website called transcendentaltones, they have great literature about BB and a huge audio library.

  • it sounds soo deep, like ahm , unexplainable.. =O

  • @GarrysAddict READ the description please

  • @GarrysAddict Durp! I'm being a moron and no one can stop me!

  • @GarrysAddict Exactly , AGREED

  • @GarrysAddict ur soooo stupd..read some books about space..there's air in space but it's diluted....ur so illiterate garry.....the type of sound in the space has the type of electromagnetic sound and it can be recorded... :@

  • imagine being thrown right into this big gas giant! jeez, even worse the red spot!! Jupiter is such an amazing yet violent planet. its helped earth out alot =)

  • Jupiter is the scariest mofo ever.

  • apparently there was 'music of the spheres' all along, but it took eight centuries to hear it. Who's awesome, YouTube's awesome!

  • is there any way i can download this sound somewhere for use with meditation? please let me know if possible.

  • he said humans are "noobs"........I hate YOUR generation.

  • Eerie yet beautiful. Excellent meditation vid.

  • It sounds like a machine, alive in its own way. In a way we cannot comprehend...its concious. Its deep and strong, thats why Jupiter is the king of worlds in Sol.

  • SOUNDS AROUND OR OF JUPITER

  • Sounds like some of the music in Kubrick's 2001 a Space Odyssey, hmm, is that coincident, the space team heads for Jupiter.

  • reminds me of the tralier audio for ridley scotts Alien when the really low frequency bass rumbles kick in

  • the sounders of jupiter are more stupider than earths sounds

  • this is a cool vid but the sounds kinda creepme out ^^

  • YOU TUBE or YOU TUNE perhaps. :)

  • hay wheres the "uranus" one, you know... the sounds of uranus LOL!!

  • wouldn't that be a fart haha just had to add the humor

  • LOL!!

  • hey, whatever happened to that 'startrek6' guy channel, he had good space sounds vids too.... bummer U.U

  • if sound can be picked up by a satellite what does that say about what we or should i say what scientist know about space? its really hard to grasp the knowledge behind noise in space, or sounds from space.

    great vid.

  • shrooms and sun-ra, it sent me into the universe

  • the sound of space, good sounds.

    LOL

  • Kinda reminds me of that Alien movie

  • it does ay

i think they even use these sounds to use in movies

coz iv heard the sounds before and im pretty sure they have used it in alien i wouldnt be suprised

  • listening to this makes me feel like im a billion miles away from earth

  • I just cannot believe in that...after listening to earth`s birds and wind...

  • chrissphinx - this does sound like a cool 'far out' ambient soundtrack for a sci-fi movie, or something like that,

BUT it is the sound produced by the conversion of electromagnetic vibrations from Jupiter recorded by NASA and converted into wavelengths that the human ear can detect.

  • You know, Youtube would be so much more intelligent if it weren't for all the smart ass little kids who think they're so smart, yet they can't get it in their heads to read the description before they watch a video. The description explains everytthing.

HURR I GOT MY PARENTS INTERNET NOW SO I CAN WATCH VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE

*types in "Jupiter" in the search field*

HURR DURR IM WATCHIN JUPITER VIDS NOW LOL WHAT VIDEO DESCRIPTION?! UR GAY OMG

God I hate my generation. Humans are all noobs.

  • I'm with you...

It just makes me sigh... That's all.

  • @apopheniacMCMLXXXIX "humans are all noobs" you are a kid too?

  • @apopheniacMCMLXXXIX yup i hate my generation too sometimes... i was playing and a 13 year old kid were being freaking annoying teamkilling "oooh STFU it FUNNNN" -.-

  • @apopheniacMCMLXXXIX

not to think of 70% of all adults that still are as ignorant as a 12yo

  • @apopheniacMCMLXXXIX I take a cullanary arts class this month (july of 2010) im 15 and in my class theres kidds complaining about being forced there on court orders.....parents making them......credit recovery.....one guy admited this: bring weed to school and getting caught smoking with it.....and some girl said to that guy "oh i smoked that with my dad yesterday....(Happy face :D and a sigh...) it was great........" your right our generation is fucked up...but not all are noobs

  • Indeed...

  • @apopheniacMCMLXXXIX

    Totally agree with you.

  • @apopheniacMCMLXXXIX I couldn't agree more - well said mate!

  • I would love to sit outside and listen to this in the midst of winter, just as the sun has dipped behind the earth, and theres just a little bit of daylight, and not another sound for miles......

  • hey ppl is this sound of space????

  • sounds like something that can go with Star Trek or whatever hehehehe

  • this sound is very cool.

  • this is great

  • this is awesome

  • Absolutely amazing sound and pictures of Jupiter. I was completely captivated by it. You could honestly say the sound is "out of this world." Thank you for sharing such a marvellous video.

  • Sounds like a party! Who's coming with me? i've got a rocket ship in my pants!

  • does that sound coming from ouside jupiters atmosphere or is it coming from inside on the planet?

  • Where's the monolith ?

  • Read 2001 a space odyssey and then listen to this....its cool

  • earth sounds like shit I bet,

  • Earth sound's pretty creepy, there's a thing somewhere on youtube of it too.

  • LMAO!!! Agreed, I couldn't have said it better myself

  • wow its almost as if ive heard this sound before and its calling me to come lol very relaxing but creepy kinda :O

  • Sounds more dangerous than Saturn

  • So... America is video-uploading page?

  • Das ist total angenehm zum Anhören, und man wird dabei total ruhig.

    Mir gefällts sehr gut!

    greetings from germany!

  • Wow, this sounds like the monks from the Tibet or something... it's awesome, and agree that its kind of relaxing...

  • These beautiful sounds only make me realize how small we are. I think understanding this is key to developing a deeper life. If we just realize that there is so much more out there and that we'll never experience it, it's almost depressing. On the contrary, it's so fascinating that there IS so much more out there.

Somewhere out there, there is life. We'll just probably never find it in the human's existence.

  • @Radhazardman yea it sound soo, big , starange and empty...

  • @Radhazardman not to mention the fact that the universe is ever expanding. which raises the probability of possibly 1 if not numerous forms of life yet to be discovered. this is fascinating indeed

  • @Radhazardman Damn... you just said what i was trying to explian from days ago...

  • @Radhazardman Insightful and intelligent thinking. These sounds definitely make me more open minded and curious on the thought of eternity, that is space.

  • @Radhazardman Well said :)

  • ahhh this sound soo soothing I am relaxed lol

  • I don't know but it looks like that we are hearing the storm on Jupiter that is racing about 300 years or something.

  • i don't know what this is all about, but i just masturbated to it three times tonight. thanks jupiter space sounds!

  • HAHAHAHAHA!!!

  • enjoy it!!!!

  • Although this sounds creepy it is hypnotically beautiful and soothing in a way.

I can actually hear the intricacy of the planet's isolation.

It's very majestic and bone chilling at the same time.

Wow, that really makes you ponder about all of the unknown realities that we as human are either ignorant or just oblivious to!!!!

  • natural dark ambient???

    acojonante!!!

    aewesome!!!

  • wow it became weird when the echoing sounds started (around 3:30)...imagine...you are on a space "trip" to jupiter...the last remaining member of your crew (kinda like in Space Odyssee)...you know this is the end of your journey...you are actually almost done for and the last thing you do is turning on this detector for electromagnetic particles...there you must feel really alone with this void-like "sound"

  • i dont know why they dissin' you, its scary as shit, makes everything on earth seem like nothing, gangs, wars, and other bullshit ass hard times... makes you think nothing is really as bad as it seems.

  • that was deep homie.

  • Close your eyes and listen to it...

    Holy shit.

If you have headphones (decent ones) put them on. :D

    Really trippy.

  • Don't forget to enjoy some 420 time first lol

  • Jupiter better be speaking Englisheven god speaks English

  • This sound would be awesome to use in a Video game, like an RPG or what not..

Think of hearing something like this in a dark dungeon area with dirt and grim and an errie feeling to it all.

  • Sometimes you just gotta stop with the games dude.

I mean come on, just look at your name.

This is the universe your in. There's a lot to do here. Make yourself comfortable.

  • ! ( ( ( O ) ) ) !

  • wow, it sounds ambient; they must have fine tunes it because the ones they released of earth in the beginning were really loud and harsh. Sounded like my idea of "pain"

Paz!

  • I love this strange sound of the planet Jupiter, because I like to hear that sound. It seems more the sound of the arrival of aliens on Earth!

  • ondas electromagneticas

    convertidas

    en sonido ;)

  • Que mentira, y como se transmite el sonido por medio del vacio? o son ondas electromagneticas convertidas en sonido?.

  • radiowaves, then lowered to fit human earing standards

  • Ok, entendido, me gustaría saber: ¿que frecuencia tienen estas ondas?.

  • awesome

  • thats freaky!

  • I'm half with you there deliverats

  • yeah this one is scary.

  • The video sucks. just joking. It's extremely cool and so is your other one The Sounds of Space. Anyone who says this video isn't good, don't listen to them. Good job! :)

  • I was there last week

  • THIS IS GREAT!

  • Check out Callista, the astrophysicist...

  • very amazing footage thank you!

  • You seem to know quite alot about chemistry. Did you copy/paste this text or did you write it yourself?

  • Even MORE amazing. I just read the description you provided!

    Outstanding!

  • The images with the moons really blow me away and "kinda" put it into more perspective. We really can't comprehend the enormous, gigantic, really really really big size of this. I wonder if the astronauts can hear anything when they are spacewalking.

Excellent vid! 5 stars and faved :)

  • Compelling; awe-inspiring! Totally lovely. 5*s

  • Great send! ;)

  • just like star trek

  • there is no sounds in space, its a vacum

  • Er, duh! my vacum cleaner makes a hell of a noise. So, just imagine a vacum cleaner the size of space. -It must be bloody deafening out there.

  • lawl.

  • true but electromagnetic waves go through vacuuum

  • Yeah, they took the radio waves and converted them to sound waves. So what you're hearing wasn't sound to begin with, but a sort of light.

  • Is this available on a mp3 :D id listen to this all day.

  • No there are no aliens there, uneducated lot has to always 'imagine' something and postulate with great arrogance. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, where IS YOUR EVIDENCE??? Douglas Adams said it best "Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?"

  • There could be life there. It would be unlike anything on Earth though, so it's just difficult for us to fathom it. There's probably not, but until we somehow explore the HUGE gaseous mass, then we will never be sure. I do agree with the sentiment though; its beauty is more than enough

  • Who said this was being caused by aliens? you're truly pathetic, my goodness, get your head out of your ass. How profane.

  • I can fall a sleep to this, this is great and amazing, makes me appreciate our solar system and our short lives

  • jk lol (we know each other)

  • omg spacecarnivora u stfu ur the fag. + ur a fat anus butt hole tht has sex with chris crocker every day + u shave his legs so fuck u

  • Alright, stop guessing. It is NOT the wind, nor is it "sound" at all. In the same way that radio signals can decode sound into electromagnetism, and then back into sound, so can you pick up natural electromagnetic phenomenon from planets, and translate it into sound. The Earth has "sounds" too, from the aurora etc (I'm not sure on the exact sources). Something to do with cosmic wind deflecting around our magnetic poles.. or something. Whatever. You get the idea.

  • All it is is the winds on jupiter. Their get up to like 10,00 miles an hour.

  • So what kind of "unit" picked up the sounds?

    What kind of equipment?

  • they talk about "charged particles" So I would assume they would be using an antenna of some kind.

  • Hmm, it's funny :) because their sound result they present is so "multylayered": makes one think of a music/sound recording (where usually the sounds are between 10hZ~20khZ--a "band" of a sort).

What's a bit fuzzy for me is attributing this sound to the planet: their "membrane"/antena got bombarded by particles, but i wander was this thing submerged into the planet or just at a safe distance. If the second, then they may be just éspace particles". Though there should be Magneticwave typicalforJ

  • mp3 player

  • it is real balla78118, the voyager is picking up electro-magnetic waves.

  • amazing video seriously!!

  • Buttmunch it is energy waves transfered to the audible frequency

  • Those noises are amazing!! I wish I could have those on a .wav file! They are very soothing, and yet somewhat scary.

Is this also sounds of the gases moving around and stuff? Because this is pretty freaky.

  • Amazing video. 5 Stars

  • Unbelievable... Amazing!!
