I haven't played in a while but the prerequisite should be as follows:

1) Both Genesic GaoGaiGar and Goldymarg must be at 150 morale

2) Goldymarg must be adjacent to or in the same squad as Genesic GaoGaiGar

3) You must have passed the event where Genesic GaoGaiGar uses it first

I have a feeling that you're forgetting that Goldymarg's morale also has to be 150.

Fuck, the Ideon can destroy UNIVERSES. The Diebuster is as big as a planet. The Shin Getter can cut planets in half. GaoGaiGar's GOLDION HAMMER can destroy a sun. I mean christ, Unicron has no chance.

Living in America for the past twenty years. If you haven't noticed, giant robots are listed among the top of "those stupid things the Japanese like" around here, far above standard anime. And also if you haven't noticed, outside of the internet, most Americans don't watch anime. Even Adult Swim admits publicly that they get more ratings when they replace their (new) anime with a marathon of Futurama reruns that everyone's seen twenty times. Which is why games like Halo dominate the market.

I actually don't live in one of those "robots suck" areas of America. Though, I did read a little something about that in a magazine once, but the statements for the most part seem biased. Not alot of TV watching fans here anyways except CSI. It's mostly either someone that listens to Rock, Rap, Russian Techno, Regeaton, or someone who have read Zatch Bell or Naruto twenty something times. I don't think I even noticed anything about giant robots, good or bad. Also, GTA4 replaced Halo here.
