EVERY dog breed in the world if not trained right will be dangerous towards people not just chows..the problem with Chows is they have the bad luck of having the same type of owners as pit owners and there not smart enough to take proper care of them...go chows!!

i had a mixed chow with a golden retriever, and he never "bit" anyone but he would always grab their heels. friends that came over everyday, my grandmother. they have a strong instinct to protect. and he wasnt a bad dog or crazy. but my cousin had one, a pure one and he and my mother told me not to go near it.

Yes, Chow Chows come in blue. Kind of a rare color, but they do exist. Just google "blue chow chow" and you'll see some pictures. They are really beautiful.
