As a reader/ viewer/consumer of content on this thing called the internet, and it may be only me, I don't want friend/follower/or what every knowing what I'm reading on the web. If I choose to share what I read/view/consume on the web I will post a link on G+, Twitter, Blogger, YouTube, Audioboo, Posterous, Storify, and yes even Facebook. What is the most powerful type of information one reads/views/consumes on the web? Guy Kawasaki had the answer, "A link to good stuff." This app has no value.
Can be nicer if you will caption all your stuff as per ADA regulations. The movies without Close captioning does not do the deaf any good at all and a waste of my time. I am against all newscasts without close captioning no matter how important or not!
Great interview with Donald Graham of the W. Post. The Post will be able to leverage Social Reader big time on unlimited levels. Fantastic educational applications for job creation as well....
Kudos to him for moving forward on something, even though, as he admits around 7:30, he has no idea how this is going to affect his underlying business of being a newspaper.
Interesting to see how this plays out. Being able to parse this out into groups/G+ like circles needs to happen, in my opinion. Not everyone needs to know what I'm reading.
Marketers and advertisers are probably slathering over more narrowly-defined customers. Zuckerberg's stock with his customers just shot up, I would imagine.
This guy don't sit right with me xP.

I really dislike this concept. Privacy goes out the window.

So people can lock themselves further into opinion silos - how wonderful - not.
