  • This is really incredible. Having an eye for depth when animating a ball can be tough enough to master, but to master an eye for depth with organic structure seems to just take years upon years.

  • Why do you draw those boxes on the paper? Is there a reason why you aren’t using the whole paper?

  • As DarkMProductions, I admire Don Bluth's skills and creativity. His characters and the colours are just wonderful. I'm a young animator and these videos are amazing. He's a great teacher and one of the greatest american animator with Tex Avery and Nine Old Men. When i was child my favorite movies of him were "An American Tail" and especially "All dogs go to Heaven".

  • I CRIED OF HAPPYNESS

  • how do u do this without lightbox D:

  • wow just wow

  • DON BLUTH IS A GENIUS! I LOVE HIS WORKS!

  • I am dumbfounded.

  • This is so nice, to see some one so talented animating, I love the time lapse too, that way you can see the whole process, this video should really be used by teachers in animation classes. Students can go for years at school and never learn what this video teaches them in 5 minutes.

  • You are amazing!

  • @NotOrdinaryInGames WHAT?! OVER 9000!! THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!

  • @NotOrdinaryInGames Because if you want people, why don't you grab a video camera and film people.

  • I am not worthy to look over your shoulder!

    ...

    but I must!

  • You're an inspiration to us all.

  • Still great at animating as always. Mr.Bluth

  • Mr. Bluth, you are the single greatest inspiration I have as an animator. You are a great teacher, and these videos are some of the most helpful lessons I have ever had in animation. Not that the teachers I've had are bad, it just reaches a whole new level when it is taught from the master. Thank you for creating some the best animated movies in history, they really are something to aspire to.

  • Awesome! 8D

  • You sir... are amazing. Love the videos & thanks so much for posting them :)

  • Amazing! Just amazing! This is exactly what I need to learn as a future animator.
